The Indiana Pacers hosted the Milwaukee Bucks for Game 6 of their first-round NBA playoff series on Thursday night, a game televised nationally on TNT.
It didn’t take long for NBA fans to grow frustrated with the audio on the broadcast, thanks to the behavior of one supporter in the stands at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, who happened to be seated distractingly close to the TNT broadcast’s microphone.
The fan in question was constantly heckling the Bucks, loudly and relentlessly shouting at players on the road team throughout the game.

Boxing champ Floyd Mayweather is using his wallet to help Los Angeles’ homeless population more than its progressive mayor.
The forecast for L.A. may have been cold and gloomy on Wednesday, but Mayweather made it rain heavy on a group of homeless guys hanging out near Crypto.com Arena.
As Mayweather walked from the Ritz-Carlton hotel in downtown Los Angeles to The Crypt, he stumbled upon three men he realized could use cash.

A disappointed Matt Wallace watched The Masters from home, but he learned from those in contention and has applied that at the Byron Nelson.
Like so many golf fans around the world, Matt Wallace sat at home and watched The 2024 Masters Tournament unfold from his couch.
He did not receive an invite to Augusta National this year, thanks to his five missed cuts so far this season. His best finish came at the Valspar Championship, where he tied for 17th.

The Tri-City Chili Peppers are all set to glow in the dark.
The collegiate summer league team in the Coastal Plain League announced plans to play its June 1 game under custom blacklights with UV-reactive uniforms, bats and balls that will appear neon in the light. It’s certainly a unique promotion and, based on a video the team posted, will look incredible.
The Chili Peppers, who are based in Colonia Heights, Va., have come up with a really cool promotion. And the team confirmed the game will be streamed online. Both teams will be outfitted in the special uniforms.

President Joe Biden and his administration recently released a rewrite of Title IX that ignores biological sex in favor of gender identity. What was once designed to help women gain educational and athletic equality now allows biological men to steal those opportunities.
But many states are fighting back against the rewrite. Texas Governor Greg Abbott instructed Texas schools to ignore the new Title IX and focus on helping only women.
Six other states are planning to sue the Biden Administration over the changes to Title IX.

Galveston, Texas took it on the chin this weekend.
The Gulf of Mexico resort city—minding its own business during the NBA playoffs—suddenly gained notoriety when Hall of Fame forward and TNT analyst Charles Barkley proposed the city as an alternate vacation destination to Cancun for teams after uninspired playoff efforts.
“We’re not even gonna send them to Cancun. We’re gonna send them to Galveston with that dirty-a– water,” Barkley said after the New Orleans Pelicans lost 106-85 to the Oklahoma City Thunder in Game 3 of the first round Saturday.

Is there a Houston Astros style cheating scandal happening in the world of SEC baseball?
That seems to be what Texas A&M Aggies manager Jim Schlossnagle implied during a recent press conference. Schlossnagle spoke to the media and dropped a juicy bit of information on what appears to be a budding scandal.
Without revealing which team he was referring to, Schlossnagle said that one of the SEC baseball programs was caught using a camera pointed at the catcher all season.

With the draft in the rear view there is no better time to do a dynasty rookie mock draft. Football Guy’s Matt Waldman joins Matt Harmon for a two round Superflex format dynasty draft. The two debate the biggest topics of rookie mock drafts and when Marvin Harrison Jr. should come off the board. The two also identify deep dynasty sleepers to consider in later rounds.

Like all dynasties in sports, the Kansas City Chiefs began their run of dominance as fan-favorite underdogs.
But after three Super Bowl titles in the last five years, the Chiefs—and especially quarterback Patrick Mahomes himself—are viewed outside of Kansas City as the league’s new villains.
On a recent appearance on the Impaulsive podcast, Mahomes recalled the moment that he realized this was the case.
“This year, definitely, was the more villain-type role for the whole team,” Mahomes said.
