The Dallas Cowboys are welcoming back a recent franchise legend back to Arlington, TX.
After owner Jerry Jones expressed strong interest in bringing him back to his original NFL team, Dallas pulled the trigger on signing Ezekiel Elliot to a 1-year, $3-million deal with $2 million in guaranteed money.
“Zeke” returns to the team that selected him with the fourth-overall pick in 2016.  For the first seven years of his career, he played with a star on his helmet before the franchise let him walk after the 2022 season.

Anthony Edwards showed off his leadership abilities in a press conference next to Timberwolves teammate Karl-Anthony Towns.
Anthony Edwards is only 22 years old, but he’s already on his way to becoming one of the faces of the NBA. The young Minnesota Timberwolves superstar helped lift his team to their first series win in the NBA Playoffs since 2004 by sweeping the Phoenix Suns. Edwards was electric in closing out the Suns in Game 4, scoring 31 of his 39 points in the second half finish the 4-0 series victory.

If you weren’t watching the Vancouver Canucks and Nashville Predators play Game 4 of their first-round playoff matchup last night, you didn’t use your Sunday evening wisely.
Sure, the NBA had a ton of playoff games on, and my Red Sox walked it off against the Cubs on Sunday Night Baseball. But at this time of year, playoff hockey has to take precedence over every other sporting event, even family commitments in some instances.
And frankly, all of those games were BOR-ing compared to what happened on the ice in Nashville.
Late in the third period, the Predators had a 3-1 lead.

Denny Hamlin won at Dover, and all NASCAR Twitter can argue about is how crappy this new car might be, and how bad the production team is over at FOX.
And I’ve got news for you dummies who won’t shut up about both – shut up! Please, for the love of God, shut the hell up. It’s enough already. We get it. We gotcha. You’re miserable humans who need to be miserable 24/7.
And I get that, by the way. I’m right there with you. But my God, it’s too much at this point.

Rory McIlroy turned in quite a performance after he and Shane Lowry won the Zurich Classic of New Orleans.
The party never stops in The Big Easy.
After Rory McIlroy and Shane Lowry won the Zurich Classic of New Orleans in dramatic fashion, the two Irishmen continued to celebrate, indulging in an adult beverage or two while donning Mardi Gras beads.
But the highlight of their victorious extravaganza came when McIlroy decided to step up to the karaoke mic.
