It was a scary scene on Tuesday night after St. Louis Blues forward Dylan Holloway took a deflected puck to the neck during the team’s game against the Tampa Bay Lightning and needed to be stretchered off the bench.
But, despite the scary situation, Holloway has returned to the team.
The incident occurred with under two minutes left in the first period when Tampa’s Nick Paul took a shot that appeared to be deflected by Holloway’s Blues teammate Jordan Kyrou and came up and hit Holloway.
However, despite getting hit by the puck, Holloway finished his shift.

The Panthers will start Bryce Young at quarterback Sunday against the Giants in Munich, coach Dave Canales said Wednesday.

The New York Giants are having a terrible year, no matter where they look. At Michigan, former Giants defensive coordinator Wink Martindale is taking open shots at the team’s miserable 2-7 start.
Wink’s defenses were more than serviceable for a Giants team that wasn’t very good during his two-year tenure in East Rutherford.

When Jim Harbaugh was hired as the head coach of the Los Angeles Chargers, a move I was excited for was bringing his defensive coordinator, Jesse Minter, with him to the NFL to call the defense for LA. His defenses were incredibly versatile and disciplined while at Michigan, and some of the same stuff that current Seahawks head coach Mike MacDonald runs would be implemented with the Chargers.
So far, the hire has been a resounding success.
