After overturning a 2-0 first-leg defeat against Manchester City to reach the Women’s Champions League semi-finals, it’s no surprise that Chelsea’s players were full of the belief that this could be their year. Even with Barcelona to come next, for the third year in a row in the semi-finals, Sonia Bompastor has raised Chelsea’s confidence to another level. “Bring it on,” said captain Millie Bright.
Barcelona are the reason the Champions League was the only trophy Chelsea did not win under Emma Hayes.

After a slow start to the F1 season, Red Bull has a path forward according to Helmut Marko
The start of the 2025 Formula 1 season has not been what Red Bull was hoping for.
After two race weekends, the Bulls find themselves sitting third in the Constructors’ Championship standings, looking up at both Mercedes and McLaren.

I grew up listening to Joe call not one, not two, but three Red Sox World Series championships on Fox. Obviously, the 2004 one will always be special, and Joe was a huge part of that for me.
I’m pretty sure his call of the final out was my flip-phone ringtone in middle school for a solid two years. If you were wondering how old I was, I just answered it for you, by the way.
But, I also understand that Joe’s not for everyone. Well, at least he wasn’t for everyone.

The signing of veteran running back Elijah Mitchell to begin the offseason addressed an in-depth need for the Kansas City Chiefs. His versatility throughout his career makes him a valuable option for the offense in 2025.
Mitchell opened up about his disappointing 2024 season during last week’s press conference on Zoom.
“It was very challenging,” said Mitchell. “Just having the love for football and not being able to step on the field and compete against the best, it really weighed on me a lot. I’m hungrier than ever, and I’m ready to roll.
In 2019, the Washington Mystics won the WNBA championship after a memorable series with the Connecticut Sun went the full five games. Washington won on the injured back of Elena Delle Donne, with Natasha Cloud and Ariel Atkins making huge contributions to the Mystics’ win. While the Sun lost, Jonquel Jones and Alyssa Thomas starred as Connecticut showed it was a team to watch.
Six years later, those two teams realized it was time for a rebuild. Delle Donne stepped away from the game; Cloud is now on New York’s roster after a year in Phoenix, and she’ll be playing with Jones.

Outside of Tyler Warren (who might be part golem) and Colston Loveland (Sean Payton’s dream), there’s a lot of tight ends in this class who bring different flavors to an NFL offense.
