Most people are looking at the Western Conference’s biggest matchup between the superstars, Anthony Edwards and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. It is an interesting dynamic because both of these players are megastars.
However, this upcoming series between the Minnesota Timberwolves and Oklahoma City Thunder has more stories than that matchup. One of those includes the matchup between cousins Nickeil Alexander-Walker and Gilgeous-Alexander.

Game 3 of the Subway Series between the New York Yankees and the New York Mets took place at Yankee Stadium on Sunday, and New York Giants quarterback Russell Wilson stopped by the field with his family. 
In a reel posted on Sunday afternoon by the official Yankees Instagram account, fans saw Wilson, his wife, Ciara and their children meeting star baseball players Aaron Judge and Anthony Volpe, and taking pictures with them before the game started. All four kids were wearing custom Yankee jerseys and navy blue Yankee baseball caps.

The Hollywood Dodgers suffered a humbling weekend, dropping three straight games at home to their little-brother rivals, the Los Angeles Angels. 
Entering the three-game series at Chavez Ravine with a 17-25 record, the Angels weren’t expected to compete with the Dodgers’ star-studded roster. The last time the Halos won three straight against the Dodgers was in 2010. With little to lose, the Halos seized the opportunity, seemingly through divine intervention.

With the post-draft wave of free agency underway and more than a few quality free agents still available, NFL teams still have the chance to add solid depth pieces to their rosters that could make an impact in 2025. 
Of course, they can only make these moves if they have the salary cap space to accommodate these veterans. With only three draft choices left to sign, the Tennessee Titans have enough space to add a player or two to the roster. They could also extend a current player if they view them as a long-term option.

Joey Logano had a dominant car in the 2024 All-Star Race at North Wilkesboro, leading a record 199 of 200 laps and he cruised to victory. On Sunday, the No. 22 car was dominant once again and was leading late when the Promoter’s Caution came out on Lap 216.
During the break, Logano and his Penske teammate Ryan Blaney chose an alternate strategy from most of the lead cars, opting to stay out and not take new tires.

“It’s a difficult time, but we’re going to come through this,” Messi said in Spanish. “Now we’ll really see if we’re a team. These are difficult times.
