Italian soccer league Serie A postponed all games Monday following the death of Pope Francis. The league released a statement confirming the postponements. It did not announce when Monday’s games will be rescheduled. 
The Vatican released a video Monday announcing the death of Pope Francis. He was 88. In the video, Cardinal Kevin Farrell, who will serve as the head of the Vatican until a new pope is appointed, confirmed Pope Francis died Monday morning.

“At 7:35 this morning, the Bishop of Rome, Francis, returned to the house of the Father,” Farrell said.

West Virginia still has holes to fill on the defensive side through the transfer portal.
The program had a total of 19 players enter the transfer portal on the defensive side of the ball, including 15 of those who were previously on scholarship.

Apr. 21—MORRIS, Minn. — Wisconsin-Superior baseball’s trip to Morris started well on Friday, April 18 but ended badly on Saturday, April 19.
The Yellowjackets claimed a 4-3 win in Friday’s Upper Midwest Athletic Conference series opener but lost both ends of a Saturday doubleheader, 9-6 and 16-12.
