CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Stop what you’re doing right now and check the PGA Championship leaderboard, because you may be among the leaders at Quail Hollow. After a strange Thursday, pretty much everybody that’s not a top-10 player in the world is up there.

Former NFL star and current FOX Sports analyst Charles Woodson is set to purchase 0.1% of the Cleveland Browns, per Dianna Russini of The Athletic.
The 0.1% stake in the Browns will come from Jimmy and Dee Haslam, the majority owners of Cleveland’s football franchise. The sale is contingent on Woodson agreeing to broadcasting restrictions similar to those imposed on Raiders owner Tom Brady, and on removing his name, image, and likeness from any businesses he is associated with.
Despite playing for the Oakland Raiders and Green Bay Packers, Woodson clearly still has love for his hometown.

Former New England Patriots quarterback Drew Bledsoe revealed one aspect of Drake Maye’s game that he especially likes. Here’s a hint: It’s not when Maye stays in the pocket.
Maye showed he was fleet of foot in his rookie season by recording 421 rushing yards and two touchdowns in 13 games. He averaged 7.8 yards per carry in the process. His rushing ability was on full display on multiple occasions, particularly in the Week 9 game against the Tennessee Titans, when he rushed for 95 yards.

As the Tennessee high school softball region tournaments wrap up, teams have already advanced to the TSSAA sectional round, one step away from a trip to Spring Fling that begins May 20 in Murfreesboro.

May 15—DICKINSON, N.D. — Mitchell native Lukas Bennett continued a stellar track campaign for Dakota State University with a strong showing at the North Star Athletic Association track and field championships on May 8-9.
The sophomore sprinter claimed the NSAA title in the men’s 100-meter dash with a time of 10.71 seconds and added runner-up placements at 200 meters (21.47) and 400 meters (48.95). The former Kernels won three NSAA men’s track athlete of the week awards during the spring season.

The Minnesota Twins shut the Orioles out, 4-0, but also lost two big names after the Minnesota teammates collided in the outfield at Camden Yards.
Teammates Carlos Correa and Byron Buxton clashed after tracking a ball that flew out to shallow center. And the injury woes continued for Minnesota.
There’s much to break down here regarding who’s at fault. 
And while it’s easy to bash Buxton as the guy who ran in from deep left, he still managed to make the catch.
