Things went from bad to worse Sunday night for the top seed in the Eastern Conference. The Cleveland Cavaliers not only fell behind 3-1 in their best-of-seven series, but they now face a major injury concern heading into Game 5.
In Tuesday’s must-win matchup, the Cavaliers may be without their leading scorer, Donovan Mitchell. He exited Game 4 after just 20 minutes on the court with 12 points and -35 plus-minus rating.
