Few things crank out stars like the Stanley Cup Playoffs, and the first batch of stars of this postseason don’t even wear skates. Instead, they’re a bunch of harmonica-wielding Korean grandmothers, and people can’t get enough of them.
The Korea-Town Senior & Community Center laid down a performance for the ages ahead of Game 1 between the Los Angeles Kings and Edmonton Oilers, and lo and behold, that was the start the Kings needed to win a back-and-forth affair by a score of 6-5 to take a 1-0 series lead.

Home-ice advantage hasnโt really existed over the past couple of years in the Stanley Cup playoffs. In 2023 and 2024, visiting teams won more games than the home teams did.

The Jacksonville Jaguars won’t be hosting prospects on pre-draft visits, but they are still meeting with players virtually. One of those draft prospects was Miami wide receiver Samuel Brown Jr., according to Justin Melo of The Draft Network.
Brown fits that big-bodied mold that the Jaguars are reportedly looking for at the receiver position, measuring in at 6-02 and weighing 200 pounds. He also posted a near-perfect Relative Athletic Score of 9.91, which included a 4.44-second 40.
The 2024 season was Brown’s first at Miami. His previous two seasons were at Houston.

Although Nike has yet to confirm its involvement, the company has not denied it, either.
Veteran journalist Michele Tafoya joined Tomi Lahren on “Tomi Lahren is Fearless” and the pair discussed the company’s alleged contributions to the study.

Everton director of football Kevin Thelwell will move to Rangers this summer to become Rangers’ new sporting director, the two clubs have confirmed.
News of the 51-year-old Englishman’s appointment came as Rangers confirmed officially for the first time that they are in negotiations with American investors, including the San Francisco 49ers, about a possible takeover of the club.
