Although Bryce Underwood hasn’t yet played a snap of college football, he’s already cashing in on some NIL deals — but not only for himself.
The future University of Michigan QB teamed up with a local Chevrolet dealership to gift his Belleville High School security guard, Mych Darty, a brand-new car. Underwood said he wanted to do something special for the man who had a huge impact on him during his high school years.
“The difference he made for the athletes here,” the 17-year-old said. “You know, whenever we needed somebody to lean on, he was there.

Aaron Rodgers, who has been connected to the Pittsburgh Steelers throughout the free agency process, recently cleared the air on The Pat McAfee Show: he isn’t holding any team “hostage.”
For anyone wishing Rodgers would hurry and make his decision, he denied owing any team a commitment:
“Listen, this entire time I haven’t felt like I owed anybody some sort of any decision at any point. This is my life,” Rodgers stated. “I’ve been up front with them about that and said, ‘Listen, if you need to move on — by all means.
They’ve been described this week as the most physically imposing
European team to ever play in the Women’s World Championship and
that was on full display in Czechia’s convincing 7-0 victory over
Switzerland in the quarterfinals of the 2025 IIHF Women’s Worlds.
After an evenly
played first half of the opening period, the Czechs killed off
Switzerland’s first power play and then went to work, scoring five
goals in a span of 8:01 to effectively put the game away.
Aaron Rodgers has emerged from his darkness retreat!
All jokes aside, the four-time MVP recently appeared on The Pat McAfee Show to discuss several Steelers-related topics — such as the throwing session with DK Metcalf, his talks with Mike Tomlin, and even how much money he’d want per year.
According to Rodgers, the “leaks” were completely false — and he took his time ripping the inside information apart:
“Starting with the money thing, I told every single one of the teams I had talked to, it ain’t about the money. I’ll play for $10M.
Round 1 of the 2025 NFL Draft kicks off in one week from Green Bay, Wisconsin. All 32 teams own a first-round pick entering the draft for the first time in NFL history.
This draft offers a lot of intrigue for fans of every franchise. This year lacks a lot of high-end talent in the first round but the middle rounds, especially on Day 2 of the draft, should be full of good players who could contend for starting roles as rookies.
As is tradition in recent years for the NFL, Day 2 will also feature former and active players announcing draft picks live from Green Bay.

Justin Thomas had an all-time round on Thursday at Hilton Head.
The world of golf is still trying to figure out what happened during the final round of The Masters last week in Augusta. Living in a world where Rory McIlroy has a career grand slam always felt inevitable, but that it is reality after all of this time is so jarring.
There is no rest for the weary though and the PGA Tour is not only back in action this week, but they are off and running with the fifth signature event of the season at the RBC Heritage.
Bucks star Damian Lillard has been cleared of his deep vein thrombosis and is no longer on blood-thinning medication, sources told ESPN.
The 2015 NFL Draft is somehow almost 10 years removed from where we are now, which is a pretty fascinating thing to think about.
That’s the one where Jameis Winston and Marcus Mariota headlined an ultimately underwhelming quarterback class and the overall talent wasn’t quite as impressive as you’d normally expect. However, some great players came out of the 2015 draft class to be sure.
One of the many, many never-before-seen features inside the Los Angeles Clippers‘ new Intuit Dome brought on by billionaire owner Steve Ballmer this season was something called ‘The Wall.’ It’s not an actual wall, but a fan section behind one basket specifically designed to alter the opposing team’s free-throw percentage on that side of the floor.
The steep section behind the basket consists of 51 rows of seats adjacent to the visiting team’s bench.
