The Oklahoma City Thunder continue a four-game homestand when they host the Chicago Bulls on Monday. This will be the season’s second matchup between the squads. OKC won the first game way back on Oct. 26.
The Thunder (62-12) have won nine in a row. They enjoyed a blowout win over the Indiana Pacers on Saturday. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had an efficient 33 points. OKC is now 27-1 against the East this season and on the verge of another historical marker.
Meanwhile, the Bulls (33-41) have been red-hot. They’ve won five of their last seven games.

You know, we don’t get to talk about a Saturday race around here too often. Unless, of course, it’s me – and you guys! – taking a dump on the CW.
And yes, we WILL talk some CW today – I went to the lion’s den and came out alive! But, mainly, we’re going to discuss the end of Saturday’s Busch race, because it was NASCAR mayhem at its finest.
And, by finest, I mean a dumpster fire, as Mike Joy so delicately put it on yesterday’s Fox broadcast.
My God. EVERYONE is angry at the youngins today.

Bad news for teams that still have a big hole to fill: Free agency has been picked through. Twice and three times over at some positions.
Among Yahoo Sports’ top 25 free agents at the start of free agency, only quarterback Aaron Rodgers and receiver Amari Cooper remain unsigned. There are still some solid veterans that can fill a role, but it’s hard to find any impact players among the unsigned group. However, help could still come via the NFL Draft.
Even though teams are running out of options to fix needs, there are some concerning holes still to fill for some teams.

Mock drafts are once again overlooking a high-motor, elite-rebounding LSU forward, only this time, it’s Aneesah Morrow.
Aneesah Morrow has routinely shown us that she’s one of the most impactful players in college basketball. In her senior year season at LSU, she averaged 18.8 points and 13.7 rebounds per game, shooting 49.4% from the field.
Morrow, who spent the first two seasons of her career at DePaul before transferring to LSU to close out her college career, is currently not projected to be a top pick in the 2025 WNBA draft.

Yuki Tsunoda making his Red Bull debut is one of the major storylines heading into the F1 Japanese Grand Prix
For years Yuki Tsunoda dreamed of a seat at Red Bull.
This week the driver gets his chance, and the timing could not be better. As the grid heads to Suzuka for the Formula 1 Japanese Grand Prix, Tsunoda is set to make his Red Bull debut at his home race.
The timing of the move, however, raises new questions about how Red Bull handles the seat next to four-time Drivers’ Champion Max Verstappen.
Puka Nacua is currently enjoying the offseason but two of his brothers are just getting their 2025 seasons started. Kai and Samson Nacua both play for the Michigan Panthers in the UFL and they kicked off the new campaign on Sunday with a 26-12 win over the Memphis Showboats.
It wasn’t just that the Panthers won. The Nacua brothers played a huge part in the season-opening victory by scoring two of their team’s three touchdowns in the game.

If you are visiting San Antonio for the Final Four, be sure to check out this visitor’s guide.
San Antonio is one of the most charming cities in the United States. It has all of the offerings that big cities bring with them, but it also has the feel of a small town. Balancing those two qualities is difficult, but the Countdown City manages to do it in perfect fashion. There is an enormous amount of history, everyone has heard of the Alamo whether they remember doing so or not, and a strong military presence.
