The Houston Open was a thrill for the PGA Tour and suggests next week’s Masters will be incredible.
When it comes to the Texas two-step, I am partial to the Valero Texas Open, as I lived in San Antonio for a decade and met my wife there. Those are my cards on the table.
That being said… I love that the Texas Children’s Houston Open is a thing in our lives once more. I’m a Texas dude through and through, and when it comes to Major League Baseball, I root for the Houston Astros.

Could a throwing session at UCLA pave the way to Aaron Rodgers signing with the Steelers?
Our long national nightmare may be close to ending.
According to reports Aaron Rodgers had a throwing session with new Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver DK Metcalf recently in California, as the veteran quarterback nears a decision on where he will play in 2025.
“It is a process for Aaron Rodgers,” said Mike Garafolo on the NFL Network Monday morning from the NFL Annual League Meeting in Florida.

The New Orleans Saints have had the chance to get up close and personal with many of the 2025 NFL draft prospects, via private workouts, official 30 visits, and pro-day appearances. This will continue to occur throughout the remaining weeks leading up to the draft, as they attempt to solidify their draft board ahead of the big event.
One of the players they recently had the chance to scout is South Dakota tight end JJ Galbreath, as was stated in a report by Tony Pauline of Sportskeeda, their staff actually took part in running the drills.

The NFL Owners Meetings are taking place this week in Florida, and one of the first points on their agenda will impact the flexing of Thursday night games.
The vote will address changing the amount of time teams get for flexing Thursday games from 28 days to 21 days, per Sports Business Journal.
