🗣️ Prestianni speaks out after racism accusation: You misunderstood
Gianluca Prestianni used a story on his Instagram profile to deny having made racist insults towards Vinicius Junior. 
According to the Argentine player from Benfica, the Real Madrid number 7 “misinterpreted” words he thought he heard. 
“I want to clarify that at no time did I direct racist insults at the player Vinicius Junior, who unfortunately misinterpreted what he thought he heard.”
“I have never been racist towards anyone and I regret the threats I received from Real Madrid players.

The nation’s No. 1 team faced one of its toughest tests of the season in a road game against No. 7 Purdue on Tuesday.
It passed with no issue. Michigan opened up a 16-point halftime lead and went on to a 91-80 win over a Purdue team that entered Tuesday’s game with two wins over top-10 opponents and riding a four-game win streak.

WEST LAFAYETTE, IN – In the matchup between No. 1 Michigan basketball and No. 7 Purdue, it was the visitors who delivered the impression of a freight train early in an 91-80 victory on Tuesday, Feb. 17.
The Wolverines ripped off a 16-0 run to turn a February Big Ten slog into a runaway for U-M midway through the first half at a practically vibrating Mackey Arena.
Nine Wolverines scored in the first half as Michigan stretched its lead as far as 20 points before bringing it into the halftime station leading, 48-32.

Lisbon turned into an absolute scene Tuesday night as a Champions League clash between Real Madrid and Benfica devolved into a 10-minute standoff over alleged slurs and objects thrown from the stands.
The game turned hostile in the 50th minute after Real Madrid star Vinicius Junior scored to give the Spanish giants a 1-0 lead. When the Brazilian broke out a dance celebration, the home crowd erupted. 
Vinicius claimed Benfica winger Gianluca Prestianni directed a racial slur at him during the aftermath of the goal.
