The New England Patriots reportedly showed their hand when it comes to Joe Milton III before signing veteran quarterback Josh Dobbs.
Per NFL insider Albert Breer, Dobbs was informed that he was signed by the team to be a valuable resource to second-year quarterback Drake Maye. He was also made aware that Milton would likely be moved to ensure he was the top backup option.
Breer wrote:
“The motivator behind the trade is pretty understandable. New England wanted, in Mike Vrabel’s first year, to give Maye the best environment possible in the quarterback room.

Dmitry Bivol’s undisputed title run lasted a mere 44 days.
Bivol, Uncrowned’s No. 4 pound-for-pound boxer in the world, informed the WBC on Monday afternoon that he will be vacating its version of the light heavyweight title that he won in his brilliant rematch with Artur Beterbiev in February.
A March 5 ruling from the sanctioning body officially ordered Bivol to defend his championship against WBC interim champion David Benavidez next.

The Brampton Steelheads will return to the drawing board again after being eliminated in the first round of the OHL Playoffs for the third year in a row. 
The injured Steelheads went into game six without Dallas Stars prospect Angus MacDonell, Vancouver Cannucks prospect Vilmer Alriksson and 2025 draft-eligible goaltender Jack Ivankovic. To make matters worse, Lucas Karmiris left early in the game with an injury. 
While the missing personnel certainly put the Steelheads behind the eight ball, they put forward a decent effort in the first.
