The Olympics are just a few weeks away and teams are trying to qualify for the Games and that’s the situation the Georgian National Team found itself in during their game against the Philippines during the FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament in Riga, Latvia.
Late in the game, Georgia found itself in a really odd situation.
It was on its way to a 96-94 win over the Philippines. That’s all well and good, but the win would make the team 1-1 in group play which would tie it with the other two teams in the group, the Philippines and Latvia.

Dak Prescott isn’t under contract with the Cowboys beyond this season.

Tom Brady may have hung up his cleats and is set to pick up a microphone and hit the broadcast booth this fall, but don’t think for a second that he doesn’t still like to get under center and show everyone how it’s done.
Unfortunately, his latest attempt to do exactly that didn’t quite work out.

Rookie Hayden Springer made his debut at the John Deere Classic this week and blacked out at TPC Deere run to shoot a 59.
PGA Tour rookie Hayden Springer made quite the debut at the John Deere Classic as he fired off a 12-under 59 to make TPC Deere Run look easy. His putter was red hot.
He made eight birdies and two eagles to mark the second sub-60 round of the year on the PGA Tour. Just two weeks ago, Cameron Young recorded a 59 during the third round of the Travelers Championship.
