Davis Thompson has brought his superb play from Silvis, Illinois, to North Berwick, Scotland—not an easy feat considering the 3,800-mile distance and six-time zone difference between the two.

The Tigers and Seminoles are both desperate to find a way to get out of the ACC in order to boost how much money they might be able to earn. Right now, the ACC simply doesn’t have the TV money to keep up with the Big Ten and SEC.
That’s led both to try to find new conferences. Ideally, they’d end up in the SEC or Big Ten. So far, neither seems interested in adding the two programs.
What if there’s a third option? The Big 12.
