Scott’s second round at the Butterfield Bermuda Championship gave him a solid shot at an even better 2024 PGA Tour schedule.
Adam Scott shot a 4-under 67 on Friday at the Butterfield Bermuda Championship. He sits 10-under after two rounds of play, currently tied for 11th. Scott trails Alex Noren by four strokes as the latter plays the 17th as of this writing.
The 2013 Masters Champion needs all the FedEx Cup points he can get this week as the PGA Tour Fall season is soon coming to a close.

Colorado needs to win two of its next three games to become bowl eligible, so its game vs. No. 21 Arizona on Saturday is crucial. The Buffaloes enter the game at 4–5, but just 1–5 in the Pac-12, while the Wildcats are 6–3, with a 4–2 record in conference.

Carli Lloyd had an extremely accomplished amateur and professional soccer career. Her résumé includes two FIFA Women’s World Cup championships and two Olympic gold medals, in addition to two FIFA Player of the Year awards. 
So it probably should be no surprise that Lloyd has no insecurity or shame about anything that happened during her nearly 30 years on the pitch. That would explain her candor when she was asked on X (formerly Twitter) about the U.S. women’s national team once losing to “a bunch of 15-year-old boys.”
“Yes, it’s true,” Lloyd responded.

If you’re like me and have trouble being comfortable in your own skin around overachievers, be thankful J.J. Watt didn’t invite you to his dinner party on Thursday night.
The former NFL defensive end celebrated a birthday for his friends John Rahm and Zach Ertz (a former teammate). Both athletes were born on November 10, so they celebrated a bit early.
Rahm and Ertz have each achieved much in their careers. However, their respective accomplishments (more on that in a minute) pale in comparison to the other guests at the table.

There’s been no bigger sports debate in recent years than the one with baseball and its use of analytics.
The shift in the way the game is played began with the Oakland Athletics Moneyball season in 2002 in which the team used data, statistics and analytics in order to become one of the league’s best that year. However, since then, the information has now become so vast, so over the top, that many fans (and even some players) think that it’s hurting the game and actually making game decisions worse.
