The Los Angeles Rams avoided a quarterback headache in February when they got a deal done with Matthew Stafford, keeping him for another year as their starting quarterback. The contract was agreed to on Feb. 28 but more than a month later, it’s unclear if Stafford has officially signed on the dotted line.
Sean McVay said on “PFT Live” Monday that he’s not sure if Stafford has signed the contract yet, but the Rams just sent it to him and his agent this week. It’s not that there are any holdups or issues. It’s merely semantics, McVay says.

The NFL dropped one of my favorite things of the offseason: The official coach’s photo. Each year the league asks that all 32 coaches join together for a class photo during league meetings, and it never stops being entertaining.

Leading England players are exasperated that player welfare guidelines will be broken for a second season running, Telegraph Sport understands.

PITTSBURGH, Pa. – Jade Carey was named Regular Season First Team All-American in the all-around and on bars, beam and floor, also earning Second Team honors vault, the Women’s Collegiate Gymnastics Association (WCGA) announced on Monday.
Jermaine Johnson is working his way back to the New York Jets.
Early in his third season, Johnson went down with a season-ending Achilles injury during New York’s Week 2 contest against the Tennessee Titans. The 25-year-old was carted off the field and the extent of his injury was later revealed.
In December, Johnson gave a positive update on his rehab. Now we’ve actually been given a look at those workouts.
It’s officially the end of an era, one with lots of ups and downs. The Wolverines brought in head coach Juwan Howard to oversee the Michigan basketball team in the summer of 2019 and with the former Fab Five standout, both of his sons — Jace Howard and Jett Howard — came to Ann Arbor to follow in their father’s footsteps.
