Nelly Korda rolled to a five-stroke victory in the LPGA Chevron Championship on Sunday, capturing her third major title to assure her return to the world number one ranking.
The 27-year-old American took a five-shot lead into the final round and carded a two-under par 70 to win the first women’s major of the year with China’s Yin Ruoning and Thailand’s Patty Tavatanakit sharing second.

The NFL delivered a record-setting 2026 NFL Draft this past week, packed with big moments, blockbuster trades, and life-changing selections.
The draft also produced several disappointments. Diego Pavia, a quarterback from Vanderbilt Commodores football, went unselected after three days.

Michael McGreevy gave the St. Louis Cardinals a crucial quality start and JJ Wetherholt and Nathan Church provided the power, but the bullpen wasted all of it as the Mariners pulled out a late inning victory 3-2.
Both Emerson Hancock for the Mariners and Michael McGreevy for the Cardinals gave their teams strong starts Sunday.

The Bruins entered Game 4 trailing the series 2-1 after taking a game in Buffalo.

San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle has put together a legendary career in red and gold. It turns out he was nearly a member of the Seattle Seahawks on draft night.
The 49ers selected Kittle with the second pick of Round 5 in the 2017 NFL draft. Kittle relayed a story to CNBC’s Alex Sherman that the Seahawks were preparing to draft him when the 49ers called his name.
“I think had one phone call at the end of the 4th round,” Kittle said.
