The Pistons have endured a nightmare start to the season, currently in the midst of a 22-game losing streak with an overall record of 2–23. With the team struggling so badly, it appears as though Detroit could try to improve its roster in the coming months.
The Athletic’s James Edwards III reports that the Pistons are expected to be active in trade talks, mainly focusing on adding an established forward to their team. Edwards mentioned OG Anunoby of the Raptors and Tobias Harris of the Sixers as two names that could make sense for Detroit.

Tiger Woods’ son Charlie is playing well at the PNC Championship, which was on full display on the 13th hole.

So, too, does his son Charlie.
During the first round of the PNC Championship, Charlie uncorked a 323-yard drive on the par-4 13th hole.
His ball landed just beyond the green, as the 13th at the Ritz-Carlton Club measured 321 yards on the scorecard Saturday.

Luton captain Tom Lockyer collapsed during a Premier League game against Bournemouth Saturday, leading to several chaotic minutes that saw players, coaches and medical staff surround Lockyer in the middle of the pitch.
The match was eventually called at 1-1 in the 59th minute with officials later releasing the following statement via Twitter:

The Eagles will be without one of their best defensive playmakers when they take the field for Monday night against the Seahawks. 
Philadelphia cornerback Darius Slay, who has battled a knee injury this year, underwent arthroscopic surgery this week and will be sidelined for the contest against Seattle at Lumen Field, Eagles coach Nick Sirianni told the media on Saturday. 
No timetable for Slay’s return was given, but the five-time Pro Bowler is expected to return by the end of the regular season, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

The NFL has fined Browns defensive end Myles Garrett $25,000 for publicly criticizing game officials after Sunday’s win over the Jaguars, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reported Saturday morning.
Garrett said the officiating crew made “horrible” calls and added that the league should hold officials “accountable” when they make mistakes.
“Officiating was a travesty today,” Garrett said after the game. “[The referees] need to be under the same microscope we are every single play.
