Ludvig Aberg has had a strong rookie season, so much so that the young Swede could represent Europe at the 2023 Ryder Cup.
After the opening round of the Omega European Masters in Crans-Montana, Switzerland, a familiar name lurks at the top of the leaderboard.
That would be Ludvig Aberg, the 23-year-old Swedish phenom who carded a 6-under 64 for his opening round Thursday.
He sits one stroke behind a group of leaders, which includes 2022 U.S.

Win and they shall come.
Ahead of tonight’s season opener against NC State, the UConn Huskies are gearing up for a big crowd. I’m talking big big.
Already over 35,000 tickets have been distributed and / or sold as the Huskies faithful are amped up coming off of the school’s first Bowl appearance since 2015. To put that in perspective, they haven’t had a home field crowd of over 30,000 since 2016.

If you’re like me, you don’t draft a defense before the penultimate round of fantasy football drafts. Personally, I’m not a fan of taking a defense or a kicker prior to the final two rounds. The UFC bantamweight champion hasn’t been shy about the fact he has sex with women other than his wife Danny, who he shares a child with, but things really went to a different level with some new comments.
“I’m a king. I pay for everything. I treat Danny like a queen. If I get a little p*ss on the side, what does that have to do with anything? I got testosterone running through my veins.

SI Fantasy’s staff predictions were originally published before training camps began. Our crew knows what they’re talking about, but let’s face it: A lot has changed around the NFL – and in fantasy football — since early July. For that reason, we revisited our staff picks for top sleeper, rookie and bust. We gave our experts the option to change one of their pre-preseason picks.

Deion Sanders fired back at former Florida State quarterback Danny Kanell on Thursday morning after the Colorado coach made remarks about FSU.
During a press conference, Sanders denied being a Seminole, despite playing there for four years. He cited the fact that he graduated from Talladega College in 2020 as the reason why he doesn’t consider himself a Seminole and upon seeing this on X, formerly called Twitter, Kanell called out Sanders, saying, “The lack of respect for the school that gave him his start is wild. The same school that retired his jersey.

Everyone in college football seems to be realigning these days.
Announcers are no exception.
Former Penn State quarterback Todd Blackledge will serve as the color commentator on NBC telecasts this season alongside play-by-play announcer Noah Eagle, ending a 17-year association with ESPN. NBC will be the fourth different broadcaster for which Blackledge has called games, joining ABC (1994 to ’98), CBS (’99 to ’05) and ESPN (’06 to ’22).
