We’re still about two months away from Halloween, but if Liberty University’s Kobe Singleton wants to go as the Joker, we know he has the mask.
The Flames cornerback had himself a beauty of a pick against Bowling Green, then he said, “You know what? I think I’d like to throw six points on the board, please.”
He hoofed it down the field and into the endzone with some help from a few nice blocks and extended Liberty’s lead to 20-0 with just under 7 minutes to play in the first half.

It didn’t take long for Deion Sanders to mention Travis Hunter for the Heisman Trophy. In fact, it only took until halftime.
If you thought Colorado was going to come out and get ran over by TCU in the first half, the Buffaloes had other things in mind. Thanks to some strong defense, along with Shedeaur Sanders delivering through the air, Colorado led 17-14 at halftime.
Head coach Deion Sanders of the Colorado Buffaloes watches as his team warms up prior to their spring game at Folsom Field on April 22, 2023 in Boulder, Colorado.

Although Michigan is without head coach Jim Harbaugh for its season opener against East Carolina, Wolverines players made sure to acknowledge him in the opening minutes of Saturday’s game.
The Wolverines’ program imposed a three-game suspension on Harbaugh after he allegedly broke NCAA rules for participating in Zoom sessions with recruits during the COVID-19 pandemic. Harbaugh, who has denied the allegations, has named four different interim head coaches for the three games he will miss.

Someone finally dunked on Michael Jordan.
During the Saturday morning broadcast of ESPN’s College GameDay – which is nowhere near as good as Fox’s Big Noon Kickoff, by the way – the NBA legend caught a stray from a fan amongst the crowd.
GameDay aired live from Charlotte, which is a neutral site playing host to the Duke’s Mayo Classic between South Carolina and 20th-ranked North Carolina.
*Funny that Duke(s) found a way to work its way into a North Carolina game.
Anyways, a fan in the crowd used his TV time to fire a shot at the former majority owner of the Charlotte Hornets.

The first game of the college football season for the Air Force Falcons is an extremely confusing one.
Air Force opened their schedule against the Robert Morris Colonials in Colorado, and had to make an unusual donation to the visiting team.
Apparently the Robert Morris equipment manager is still in practice mode, as they reportedly forgot to take around 50 of the team’s uniforms with them on the road trip. So Air Force was forced to donate practice jerseys to dozens of opposing players.
Which means for some players, we could have the Falcons playing…the Falcons.

It didn’t take long for things to get weird on College GameDay this season.
ESPN’s flagship pregame show traveled to Charlotte for Saturday’s battle between North Carolina and South Carolina in the Duke’s Mayo Classic. The broadcast featured crazed fans on both sides, but one fan in particular might have taken things a little too far.
While headed to a commercial break, the broadcast showed one fan, without a shirt on, taking a bath in mayonnaise (presumably Duke’s brand) to show off his enthusiasm. The result was one of the most disgusting visuals you will see all season.

Michigan is playing without head coach Jim Harbaugh today, but fans watching on television would’ve thought he was lost for the season.
The Wolverines athletic department decided to hand down a self-imposed three-game suspension to Harbaugh for his role in an NCAA recruiting investigation. The school was trying to get out in-front of any further punishment down the road, so they are keeping Jim Harbaugh off the sidelines for the first three games.
But, if you were watching the Michigan vs. East Carolina game, the Wolverines were acting as if Harbaugh was never returning to the sidelines.

Former Ole Miss quarterback Chad Kelly couldn’t carve out a career in the NFL, but he seems to have found his calling in the CFL. On Thursday, the Toronto Argonauts agreed to a three-year extension worth $1.865 million with Kelly, making the quarterback the highest paid player in the CFL.
Kelly, the nephew of former Bills great Jim Kelly, put up great numbers in college, totaling 6,800 passing yards and 50 passing touchdowns in two years at Ole Miss after transferring from East MississippiCommunity College.
