Back in April, the night after WrestleMania 39, Seth Rollins appeared on Monday Night Raw, but things didn’t go as planned.
Rollins came out for his segment, hit the ring, but then was caught having an animated discussion with someone from the production crew before heading back to the locker room.

The Mets have been a disaster this season and the franchise basically threw in the towel on the 2023 season with a number of moves, including sending Justin Verlander to Houston, before Tuesday’s trade deadline.
They then finished off their brutal day by losing to the Royals in the most Mets way possible–a walk-off balk in the bottom of the 10th inning.

The Yankees host the Rays again Wednesday night in the Bronx and we are looking to the under.
The Rays sit just 1.5 games out of first in the AL East with a .600 win percentage. The Yankees are currently 11 games out of first, but still own a winning record (.512).
Both teams have plenty to fight for, however, as the Yankees are only 3.5 games out of a Wild Card spot.
The battle tonight will likely come from the pitching more than the hitting. The Yankees have averaged a mere 3.81 runs per game since July 1 (28th) while the Rays have been even more anemic, averaging only 3.68 (29th).
As the Pro Football Hall of Fame prepares for induction of the class of 2023 this week, it is also time for induction into another Hall of Fame. Two years ago, I welcomed the inaugural class of the Business of Football Hall of Fame, officially naming a group I had informally recognized on social media through the years. It is now time for the second class to step forward.
The criteria for induction into the BOF HOF is admittedly subjective (just as with the Pro Football Hall of Fame). Some of these players are having or have had successful careers; some have not.

San Francisco Giants rookie Patrick Bailey is quickly becoming one of the best catchers in Major League Baseball and if you needed more proof of that then you need to see the way he finished off a win over the Arizona Diamondbacks on Tuesday night.
Bailey, who threw out Reds star rookie Elly De La Cruz with a beautiful throw last month, ended the 4-3 victory by picking off Diamondbacks shortstop Geraldo Perdomo at first after catching a pitch high and away.
Unless you’re talking to a Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan about who the best wide receiver in the NFL is, Mike Evans’ name is very rarely mentioned. It’s been that way for much of his career, even with the four Pro Bowl nods he’s gotten since 2016, but he’s at the point now where he doesn’t exactly care and knows his own worth.
Speaking with ESPN during training camp, Evans acknowledged that there are plenty of great wideouts in the league, but he tops the list given how consistent he’s been over the course of his career.
“I know where I’m at,” Evans said.
