Michael Andretti is very close to getting a team on the Formula 1 grid, but to do it, he’ll need the okay from the current grid. That could be tough, especially when he says the current teams don’t exactly think highly of him or his operation.

The Dodgers and star third baseman Max Muncy agreed to a new two-year contract on Thursday which will lock down the veteran slugger through the 2025 MLB season, per an announcement from the team. 
Muncy’s new deal is worth a total of $24 million and will include a club option for the 2026 season worth $10 million. The 33-year-old was set to hit free agency after the 2024 season, but his new contract will keep him in Los Angeles for at least two more seasons.
Muncy had a club option for the 2024 season in his previous deal worth $14 million.
