The Milwaukee Brewers have announced that they will no longer extend alcohol sales after the 7th inning.
And no, it’s not because they are serving Bud Light and no one’s buying it.
Instead, they say it’s just not worth it.
“We’ve got two homestands under our belts and there have not been any serious issues with general behavior related to the extended sales,” a Brewers spokesman told MLB.com. “But what we’ve found is that the amount of time we’ve extended it by averages it out to 15 minutes extra.

Hunter Palmer, an 18-year-old high school sports standout, reportedly died after collapsing during track practice on May 5.
The Lincoln Journal Star noted that the temperatures were in the 80s the day he passed away.
Palmer was a student at Wisner-Pilger High School in Nebraska and on top of running track, he played basketball and was an all-district running back. He was committed to play football at Midland University in Fremont, NE.

The Heat beat the Knicks 109–101 in Miami on Monday night to take a 3–1 series lead.

Former Vikings quarterback and California football coach Joe Kapp died at the age of 85, his son J.J. Kapp confirmed to the San Francisco Chronicle on Monday. Kapp had dealt with dementia over the last 15 years.
Kapp played three seasons with the Vikings, from 1967 to ’69. In his third season, he led the team to capture the NFL championship but lost to the Chiefs in Super Bowl IV, the final Super Bowl played before the NFL and AFL merger.
