Last month, from his glass-walled corner office inside the Footprint Center, new Suns owner Mat Ishbia was clear on how much risk he saw in going all in on Kevin Durant. “No risk,” said Ishbia. “I don’t look at it as a risk at all.” After three games Durant was on the injured list following his slip on a wet spot on the court minutes before his home opener.

Not only did Texas A&M baseball lose to Texas on Tuesday night, the Aggies showed their ass. Literally.
Technically, it was just one Aggie who revealed his rump, and he was charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. So it didn’t end well.
As the top of the fourth inning got underway, a shirtless fan took off across the diamond wearing only compression shorts, gloves, sneakers and a wrestling mask. He took off from the first base line and finished his run in centerfield— after two attempts to hope the wall.

Chicago Bulls legend Michael Jordan continues to live in Isiah Thomas’ head (to use modern phrasing) rent-free.
MJ’s beef with former Detroit Piston Isiah Thomas is back, as Thomas has called on MJ to apologize for past comments that have fed their ongoing feud.
Thomas appeared on a recent episode of the All The Smoke podcast. He challenged Michael to apologize for calling IT an “a**hole” during an episode of the widely popular Jordan documentary, “The Last Dance.

Plenty of basketball fans are already familiar with Bronny James, the eldest son of NBA superstar LeBron James, but the high school senior got a chance to shine on the biggest stage yet at Tuesday’s McDonalds All-American game. 
Under the bright lights of the Toyota Center in Houston, James dazzled for the West team, scoring 15 points while adding four assists and two steals in 19 minutes played.

Ole Miss and Southern Miss baseball met on the diamond in Pearl, Mississippi on Tuesday night. The game was played on Trustmark Field, home of the Mississippi Braves, the Southern League Double-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves.
Technically, though, it never happened. The college baseball game was declared a no contest in the middle of the fourth inning on account of poor sod.
The Golden Eagles were up 2-1 in the bottom half with no outs and no one on when junior Matthew Etzel laid down a bunt down the third base line.
