Draymond Green is a madman.
During Monday night’s matchup between the Golden State Warriors and Sacramento Kings, Draymond treated the court like an Octagon as he stomped on Domantas Sabonis’ chest while the Kings big man was down on the ground.
At first, Sabonis reached for Green’s leg, but once Draymond hovered it over Sabonis, he deliberately stomped it down.

Sabonis was in clear pain from Draymond’s cheap shot. Referees called it a Technical 2 and ejected Draymond in the fourth quarter.

Minnesota’s Matt Dumba dirty hit in Game 1 on Stars’ Joe Pavelski requires old school hockey justice.
The first-round pairing between the Kings and Warriors was always tabbed to be the most hotly contested: the two Bay Area fan bases don’t like each other, and the Kings are in the postseason for the first time since 2006, setting up a matchup between the afterthought franchise and the defending champions. Unsurprisingly, the tension has been high since Saturday’s series opener—and spilled over onto the court late in Monday’s Game 2.
Draymond Green found himself in another controversy in the NBA Playoffs — and this time he got ejected.
The No. 3 seed Sacramento Kings vs. the No. 6 seed Golden State Warriors has quickly become the moxg entertaining series of the first round of the 2023 NBA Playoffs. The Kings took Game 1 at home, which set up a pressure-packed Game 2 for Golden State on Monday night.
The Kings beat the Warriors, 114-106, to go up 2-0 with the series headed back to Golden State.
Game 2 between Sacramento and Golden State had a little bit of everything, including a Draymond Green ejection and another lighting of the beam.
Remember New Orleans Saints wideout Michael Thomas? If you don’t it’s because he’s spent more time off the field than on it for the past three years, rehabbing from foot injury after foot injury.
Well, it’s time to get reacquainted because the three-time Pro Bowler and online troll is plotting a comeback for the ages, it appears.
Giving an update on his physical status nearly six months since undergoing toe surgery, Thomas posted a video from his leg-day session Monday.
Thomas’ strength was on display as he deadlifted 530 lbs.
Jacob DeGrom is injured again. The Texas Rangers ace was removed from Monday night’s MLB game against the Royals with “right wrist soreness.”
That is what the team is calling it for now. No further information is known at this time.

DeGrom was pitching a gem at the time of his exit. Four no innings of shutout ball.
Not long thereafter, the news broke that he had left the start.
Jacob deGrom’s sensational showing against the Royals ended abruptly Monday after the Rangers ace was pulled from the game due to injury.
After not allowing any hits through four innings, deGrom exited Texas’s road matchup against Kansas City “as a precaution with right wrist soreness,” the Rangers announced. The 34-year-old right-hander was replaced by reliever Dane Dunning in the midst of what was shaping up to be his best game of the young season.
The music finally caught up to Shaq.
On Sunday, Shaquille O’Neal — the Lakers legend, TV personality and DJ — was officially served for his endorsement of FTX, the crypto Ponzi scheme that resulted in $51 billion in collateral losses for its investors.
FTX collapsed last year after the crypto exchange company and its founder, Sam Bankman-Fried, were outed as fraudulent and went bankrupt in November of 2022.
From relatively humble beginnings, Jalen Hurts’s football career has played out like something from a Hollywood script. So it makes sense that, after Hurts signed a five-year, $255 million contract with the Eagles on Monday to make him the league’s highest-paid player, he’s now getting the Hollywood treatment.
Well, sort of.
There’s no known script in the works about Hurts’s rise to football stardom quite yet, but that’s not stopping former quarterback-turned-ESPN analyst Robert Griffin III from playing the role of casting director.
