The four-time MVP and the Packers converted a $58.3 million option bonus for 2023 into a base salary in ’24 before Rodgers was traded. As a result, Rodgers will earn a base salary of $1.165 million in the upcoming season according to ESPN’s Dan Graziano.
But in ’24, the compensation for the 39-year-old will rise to $107.55 million, which includes his $47 million option bonus, his $1.

Patrick Reed treated himself to a new car shortly after winning the Masters in 2018. It wasn’t just any new car, either, it was a $450,000 Porsche 911 GT2 and he put his own touch on the vehicle by having it Masters themed.
The body of the car was painted dark green, slightly darker than Masters green, with yellow brake calipers. Reed showed off some photos of the custom car back in September 2019 to his Instagram.

The Porsche looks a bit different these days.
Brittney Griner is set to join the Mercury for the first day of preseason camp Sunday, a feat that once felt like a distant dream. The WNBA star hasn’t played competitive basketball since February 2022, when she was wrongfully detained in Russia after being arrested while traveling through a Moscow-area airport, with Russian officials claiming she was in possession of hashish oil. Following a 10-month detainment, Griner was released in December via a prisoner swap secured by the U.S. government.
The 2024 college football playoff will be here before you know it, and now we’ve got the first round dates. There is one problem though, the CFP will go up against the NFL in the first round.
The first round of the 2024 CFP, which will be determined by seeding, will start on the third weekend of December. Each first round game will be played at the home stadium of the lower seed, with the opening game slated for December 20th. The problem comes the following day, when three games will be played on the 21st, going up against NFL regular season.
KANSAS CITY — Ran Carthon is in his first year as the Tennessee Titans general manager and he wants to make a mark in his first draft. That’s why he’s been talking to multiple teams the past few days to see if a trade is possible.
Carthon, multiple NFL sources told OutKick, has spoken the Houston Texans about the No. 2 overall selection. He’s called the Arizona Cardinals about the No. 3 overall pick.
“It’s pretty obvious what he’s doing,” the source said. “He’s doing what we all do. He’s getting his ducks in a row.
Timberwolves star Anthony Edwards was cited for two counts of third-degree assault following a postgame outburst Tuesday following Minnesota’s elimination from the playoffs.
Denver Police Department spokesperson Jay Casillas said Edwards picked up a folding chair and swung it, striking two female employees at the arena. The employees sustained minor injuries, and asked for charges to be pressed against Edwards following the incident.
Edwards’s attorney, Harvey Steinberg, released a statement to Chris Haynes of Bleacher Report on Thursday defending his star client.
