The series between the New York Yankees and Toronto Blue Jays has certainly not been boring.
Tuesday’s game became must-watch TV as Yankees star Aaron Judge was seemingly caught peeking into the dugout just before launching a massive home run.
Baseball internet immediately ran wild with speculation as to Judge’s reasons for looking at his teammates during the at bat. After the game, he defended himself by saying it was to discourage chirping from the bench.
Tuesday the plot thickened, as Judge went after the Blue Jays’ broadcast team for essentially accusing him of cheating.

Novak Djokovic has rarely shied away from making his feelings heard both on and off the court, and after he was irked by the actions of Cameron Norrie during a match in the Italian Open on Tuesday, he made his feelings known. 
At the beginning of the second set, Norrie hit Djokovic in the back of the leg with an overhead smash as Djokovic had already turned around, essentially conceding the point.
Despite immediately attempting to apologize after the incident, it not received well by Djokovic.

The San Antonio Spurs won the NBA Draft Lottery on Tuesday night and are expected to make Victor Wembanyama, a 7-foot-4 wunderkind from Le Chesnay, France, the first pick in the draft on June 22.
Wembanyama, 19, is considered the greatest draft prospect since LeBron James of Akron, Ohio, 20 years ago. The Cleveland Cavaliers selected James, and he has won four NBA titles, leading the Cavs, Miami (two) and Los Angeles to the crowns. James and the Lakers were scheduled to open the Western Conference finals of the NBA Playoffs at Denver later Tuesday.

NBA commissioner Adam Silver shared that he was “shocked” in response to Grizzlies star Ja Morant’s latest off-court incident, in which he appeared to display a gun during an Instagram live video Saturday.
The league suspended Morant in March for eight games after an Instagram Live video surfaced of him flashing a gun at a nightclub in Colorado. Prior to issuing Morant’s suspension from the first incident, Silver spoke with the two-time All-Star.

The Oakland A’s are rapidly becoming one of Major League Baseball’s biggest embarrassments.
Attendance in Oakland has been, say, problematic, for a significant period of time.
The reasons for the erosion of fan support are multi-faceted. Partially due to ownership disinterest, fan disinterest and the worst stadium in professional sports.
But whatever little interest remains has been even further reduced in recent weeks.
Team ownership essentially announced their intention to move the A’s to Las Vegas by agreeing to purchase land off the strip.

The Spurs earned the top selection for the 2023 NBA draft Tuesday after winning the league’s annual draft lottery.
That also means San Antonio is expected to select the consensus top prospect in this year’s draft in French star Victor Wembanyama. The 19-year-old is also the projected top choice on Sports Illustrated’s list of the top 50 prospects in this year’s draft class.
This will be the first time the Spurs will pick first in the draft since 1997, when the franchise selected Hall of Famer Tim Duncan.

Shohei Ohtani can win over fans anywhere—even when they’re rooting for the opposition.
The Angels superstar dazzled on the road against the Orioles on Monday, throwing seven innings on the mound while going 4-for-5 with a home run and three RBIs at the plate. Attracting boos with that type of torment against the host team is to be expected. But in the ninth inning, Baltimore fans rained down their displeasure for Ohtani for an entirely different reason.
When Ohtani stepped to the plate for his final at-bat, he did so needing a double to complete the cycle.

Jackass star Steve-O was in attendance at the Padres–Royals game on Monday night, during which he served up an all-time spectacular ceremonial first pitch. 
The 48-year-old actor took to the mound at Petco Park, donning a No. 62 “Steve-O” Padres jersey. For his ceremonial first pitch, he threw a literal fireball to San Diego’s mascot, who was acting as the catcher behind home plate. 
Steve-O could be seen spitting a flammable liquid into the air before igniting it right above himself.
