The 34-year-old plans to sign with the Clippers, his agent tells ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski. Westbrook became a free agent after the Lakers traded him to the Jazz, and Utah subsequently bought out the rest of his contract. He will become a free agent at the end of this season.
