It’s just a student newspaper on the campus in Evanston, Illinois, near Chicago. Most of the reporters, writers and editors are undergraduates. Teenagers. But it’s a damn good paper – one of the best college student newspapers in the nation.

His father, John Jones, told The Associated Press that his son’s surfboard fin cut his femoral artery while surfing off the Mentawai Islands on Sunday.
“He was a humble artist,” the elder Jones said. “His pictures were incredible.”
