The Lakers may have their sights set on making a mini-splash early in NBA free agency. According to a recent report from Mike Singer of The Denver Post, Los Angeles has “significant interest” in signing a former fan-favorite of the defending NBA champions Nuggets, guard Bruce Brown.

One team with significant interest in signing Bruce Brown away from Denver is the Los Angeles Lakers, multiple sources told @denverpost.
The Lakers could offer him the full MLE ($12.3M annually). Nuggets can only offer up to $7.8M this year.

But there are a few reasons why she is not considered the clear favorite for the 2023 Wimbledon Championships.
Światek’s best finish in London came back in 2021, when she advanced to the fourth round.

Over his five seasons with the Raiders, Darren Waller has shown more than just glimpses of explosiveness and elite-level upside. Waller was dominant for stretches with his former team, and more specifically, those stretches came when he was healthy.
Waller took a major step forward in 2019, catching 90 passes for 1,145 yards and three touchdowns over 16 games. This breakout came after catching just 18 passes total since entering the league in 2015.

San Antonio Spurs guard Devonte’ Graham pleaded guilty to driving while impaired.
Graham was arrested in July 2022 after being pulled over for speeding while intoxicated in the early morning hours in Raleigh, according to TMZ. His BAC was .11, which is above the legal driving limit of .08.
Now, he’s reached a conclusion in the case. Graham pleaded guilty to misdemeanor driving while impaired and had the speeding charge dismissed, according to TMZ. He is scheduled to be sentenced at some point in July.

It was a fun night for us MLB fans at SI Betting! Not only did our over bet cash in the fourth inning of the Astros-Cardinals game, we got to see the first perfect game since 2012 courtesy of Domingo German, who dazzled vs. the A’s at the Oakland Coliseum.

A catcher in baseball has a lot of responsibilities when they are crouched down behind home plate. The most obvious one is to catch the baseball. 
While that in theory sounds like an easy thing for a catcher to do, it can often be very difficult and lead to brutal mistakes. 
If you need more proof of that then look at what happened to Tampa Bay Rays catcher Francisco Mejía during Wednesday night’s game against the Arizona Diamondbacks. The poor fella got mixed up on a curveball thrown by Pete Fairbanks and he hilariously failed in his attempt to catch the ball.

“He’s taller than I thought,” the Lions’ Pro Bowl receiver said earlier this month.
That, too, is my first thought after a marble wall surprisingly opens to become the entrance to a secret room with St. Brown and Kaepernick playing a new arcade-like video game called Wild Card Football created by Saber.
“Apparently, everybody thinks I’m short,” says the 6’4″ Kaepernick.
