Here’s everything you need to know about the 2023 World Baseball Classic, including how to watch, start times and game locations.
He transformed the sports landscape in the Carolinas and owned the franchise from 1995 to 2018.
Panthers founder Jerome “Jerry” Richardson died Wednesday night at his home. He was 86.
No cause was given for Richardson’s death in the franchise’s announcement.
Richardson, a Spring Hope, N.C., native, owned the Panthers from 1995 to 2018. He began discussions to bring the Panthers to Carolina in 1987 and received help in his NFL bid from former Bank of America CEO Hugh McColl as well as sports marketing executive Max Muhleman.
It’s been an eventful couple of days for former Columbus Blue Jackets legend Jonathan Quick.
Just one day later, Quick is on his way to Sin City instead.
It was something of a shock. Quick is a bonafide Kings legend and his No. 32 will someday hang in the Crypto.Com Arena (or whatever it’s called down the line). He helped the team win their only Stanley Cups in franchise history, one in 2012 and another in 2014.
However, things are different now.

The NFC South is a barren wasteland of quarterbacks. Although all four teams appear to have a plan moving forward, their rosters are not a spoil of riches by any stretch of the imagination.

Let’s take a look at the quarterbacks that are under contract for 2023 in the NFC South!
Atlanta Falcons:
Desmond Ridder
Logan Woodside
As much of a fan favorite that Woodside may be, he is not the answer in the A. The question is whether he will backup Ridder, or serve as the third string.
Thanks to the pitch clock, you’re not going to want to look away for a single second this season.
It didn’t take long for the pitch clock to become the story of spring training 2023. And while MLB’s latest (and seemingly most effective) attempt to increase pace of play will surely be a focal point all season, we’re still in the early stages of observing its direct impact on the game. Which brings us Thursday’s captivating, poetic, blink-and-you-might-miss-it plate appearance during a game between the Yankees and Pirates in Bradenton, Fla.
The “Undisputed” crew gives its first impression of the new-look Suns after Kevin Durant’s debut on Wednesday.
INDIANAPOLIS — Riley Moss is, in many ways, just like all the other cornerbacks at this week’s NFL Scouting Combine. He’s not fully polished and comes with questions because his man-coverage technique needs work and his durability has been an issue. And he’s never seen receivers like DK Metcalf, Deebo Samuel and DeAndre Hopkins on consecutive weeks.
Moss is also different than most cornerbacks in some respects. He’s 6-foot-1, which is big for his position. He’s a fifth-year senior so he’s got more experience than most of the other players at his position.
And he’s white.
Emmitt Smith took a couple hard hits over his Hall of Fame NFL career, and he admitted earlier this week that he may live to regret it.
The ex-Cowboys star spoke for 20 minutes at a YMCA fundraising event in Boca Raton Wednesday, and dove into several topics, including the terrible Florida Gators, the state of the Cowboys and even Tom Brady.
Smith’s comments regarding his own health – along with Miami Dolphins’ QB Tua Tagovailoa – were arguably the most eye-opening, though.
With a key player opting out for Team USA, the Dominican Republic is the new WBC pretournament betting favorite at FOX Bet.
