After making more than $21 million across 11 seasons in the NBA, the NBA journeyman fell hard — and, prosecutors allege, into a life of crime.

Ohio State women’s basketball traded in the uncertainty of the Central Ohio forecast for a week of sun in the Bahamas at the Baha Mar Pink Flamingo Championship. For the second time in three years, the Buckeyes entered the tournament and hoped to continue an undefeated trend in this Thanksgiving week showcase and a fourth quarter surge gave Ohio State the 68—56 win over the Belmont Bruins.
Hello there and welcome to the Big Ten Power Rankings! Each week we’ll rank how the teams across the conference are playing, in the hopes of seeing just who is a contender, and who is a pretender over the course of the season.
The rules are few, but resolute:
Teams are ranked by how they’re playing at that time. Not body of work, not rankings in the polls, but simply how each team is playing at that point in the season.
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) — The Kansas City Chiefs were backed up against their own end zone in the fourth quarter against Indianapolis on Sunday, trailing the AFC South-leading Colts by a field goal with time running out.
Altogether appropriate given how the Chiefs’ backs were against the wall.
The conference juggernauts were 5-5 on the season, and a loss would have put the Chiefs’ playoff hopes in peril. And there was little to believe they could get the job done, given how a once-clutch team had struggled in crunch time through the first 10 weeks.
For the first few weeks of voting in the AP Top 25 Poll this season, I had at various points been ranking South Carolina and UCLA ahead of the UConn Huskies. This wasn’t because I didn’t think UConn couldn’t repeat as national champions — of course I do. Have you seen that roster? Have you seen Sarah Strong and Azzi Fudd play?
Rather, I was rewarding the Gamecocks and Bruins for playing challenging opponents early in their schedule and comfortably beating them. South Carolina owned a win over USC, while UCLA notched double-digit victories over Oklahoma and North Carolina.

The Cleveland Browns have won exactly one playoff game since 1995, meaning that their fans have been hardwired to focus solely on the negative side of things.
You can’t blame them, either. We’re talking about a franchise that has put together four winning seasons over the last 30 years. Nevertheless, it’s always fascinating to see how Cleveland fans react after winning games, and in adding rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders in the fold, things have hit an entirely new level of absurdity.
