Indiana men’s basketball moved to 6-0 under head coach Darian DeVries with an 86-69 win over Kansas State at Assembly Hall this Tuesday. The win brings Indiana to 2-0 against high-major programs, including the neutral site win over Marquette.
Outside of a stretch of about eight minutes in the first half when the Hoosiers let Kansas State back into the game, Indiana once again looked dominant against a quality opponent. This time, though, it wasn’t the high-powered offense that put the game out of reach – it was Indiana’s stifling defense.

The No. 3 seed Texas Longhorn(23-3, 13-3) went the distance in the 2025 SEC Tourmanent final against the No. 1 seed Kentucky Wildcats(25-2, 16-0) in Savannah on Tuesday, coming up short in a reverse sweep five-set thriller, keeping Texas head coach Jerritt Elliott’s program from winning his 16th conference title and from avenging the Kentucky sweep in Austin earlier this month.
In the first set, both teams came out swinging, but the Longhorns jumped out to an early 7-3 lead, spreading the ball around the court with true freshman outside hitter Abby Vander Wal.
Smoke is not curling from Luka Doncic’s fingertips, but it’s fair to say he’s been on fire during the game between the Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Clippers at Crypto.com Arena on Tuesday, Nov. 25.
Doncic finished the first quarter with 24 points on 9-of-14 shooting, including 5-of-8 from 3-point range.
Incredibly, the Lakers still trailed 38-37 at the end of the quarter, but count on Doncic to keep shooting.
The outburst shouldn’t be a shock considering Doncic entered the game leading the league in scoring at 35.5 points per game.

Tuesday’s NBA Cup game between the Orlando Magic and Philadelphia 76ers was a dud. But Jalen Suggs provided some in-game entertainment that ultimately led to his ejection.
With Orlando’s 144-103 win well in hand before halftime, things got testy just before the break. And Suggs tried to pick a fight above his weight class.
The drama started above the 3-point line between Philadelphia’s Andrew Drummond and Orlando’s Wendell Carter, a pair of 270-plus pound centers. Drummond squared up as if he were ready to fight after the two traded shoves.
Tickets to a Detroit Lions home game at Ford Field have skyrocketed over the last few seasons, but prices will reportedly stay flat in 2026 with an international game likely to be on the way.
The Lions will send out season ticket holder renewal invoices in the coming weeks and plan to keep prices the same for their eight home games, according to the Detroit Free Press’s Dave Birkett. This would coincide with a trip overseas for one game at some point next season.
Ticket prices surged along with the team’s success since 2023.
