Preseason football is in full swing, and if you’ve got the itch to get in on the action, it could be the right time to place some season-long wagers. Player totals are a fun way to root for your favorite guys all season long, with the potential of a payout at the end.
Previously, we gave you five AFC player props to consider. There are also a few NFC player markets that look enticing. I’ve selected five “over” bets, so we have the potential to cash early. Then again, if you have to wait the full 17 games, that’s fun, too.

Shohei Ohtani has had a historical season that will never be forgotten by MLB fans for as long as baseball exists.
He added to his magical year Wednesday night in Texas when he crushed his AL-best 42nd home run of the season, and ran around the bases without his helmet on.
But his two other hits in the Angels’ 2-0 victory over the Rangers might have been even more impressive because neither of them left the infield and probably would have been an out for just about any other hitter in the game.
Crime in Los Angeles doesn’t discriminate; ask Los Angeles Dodgers shortstop Miguel Rojas.
The MLB player had his Lamborghini broken into after Rojas played in Tuesday night’s game against the Milwaukee Brewers.
An L.A. thug robbed the Dodger by smashing his driver’s side window. Rojas reportedly had $1,400 in items stolen from the Lambo as he visited a restaurant with family in Downtown Los Angeles.

The Big 12 won’t be adding UConn and Gonzaga in this round of realignment.
There had been rumors circulating for months the Huskies and Bulldogs were high on the conference’s list of teams it wanted to add, but ultimately, neither will get an invite.
The Big 12 successfully raided the PAC-12 for Arizona, Arizona State, Utah and Colorado. That means there’s no more room left.

Bob Huggins is attempting to get his life straightened out following a DUI arrest.
Huggins and West Virginia separated after the famous college basketball coach was arrested in June on a DUI charge in Pittsburgh. The former Mountaineers coach initially resigned before later attempting to claim he never did. The situation turned into a bizarre battle.
While issues with the school are unfolding, Huggins appears to be putting the legal side of the situation behind him.
Johnny Manziel apparently isn’t a huge fan of zoos…..unless there’s beer involved.
Manziel has been the center of attention ever since Netflix dropped its documentary “UNTOLD: Johnny Football,” and I can’t recommend watching it enough. It’s a must-watch for football fans.

It seems he’s enjoying his time there, though, and his fans across the Pacific Ocean could someday see a lot more of him.
According to Keith Pompey of The Philadelphia Inquirer, the 33-year-old has expressed an interest in potentially playing in China at some point in the future.
“Every time I come here, the love is just like … it’s crazy, you know what I mean?” he said.
