McIlroy was very frustrated with LaCava late in the day Saturday at the Ryder Cup, but that feud is now a thing of the past.
Rory McIlroy’s feud with Joe LaCava is a thing of the past.
Immediately after Europe defeated the United States in the 2023 Ryder Cup, LaCava hashed things out with McIlroy.
The two friends had a discussion over a pint, according to a report from BBC Sport.
“Things happen in the heat of the moment; tensions were high,” McIlroy said.

In addition to the Broncos’ earning their first victory of the season at Empower Field at Mile High, Denver ended a streak of 10 consecutive losses after leading at halftime. Although it was a much-needed win for Denver (2-5), Payton wasn’t satisfied afterward.

This happened after the preseason No. 6 Trojans lost their second consecutive game on Saturday night, 34-32 to No. 14 Utah. USC (6-2, 4-1 Pac-12) fell from No. 18 to No. 24. The Trojans lost 48-20 last week at then-No. 21 Notre Dame.
