Clark was named the AP Female Athlete of the Year on Tuesday after a record-breaking year both on and off the court.
Two weeks after being named TIME Athlete of the Year, Indiana Fever rookie Caitlin Clark has received another major award. Clark — who broke the NCAA Division I basketball’s all-time scoring record and drove record WNBA viewership and attendance to new heights — was named the AP Female Athlete of the Year on Tuesday morning.

If the NFL doesn’t take themselves seriously, how do they expect the players and fans to?
The latest example of the No Fun League getting it completely wrong involved this past week’s fine of Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts. He was docked more than $5,000 for wearing – gasp- two different green-colored cleats! Oh, the horror!
What makes the clown show even more ridiculous is the fact that the NFL actually tweeted out Hurts’ cleats, even giving him the nickname, “Jalen Two Shoes,” only to then DELETE that tweet days later after he was fined.

It sounds like there might be some skeletons in the closet when it comes to the Wisconsin Badgers football program.
The Badgers just wrapped up a horrible 5-7 season, and snapped the team’s 22-year bowl streak. To say the situation in Madison is bad would be an understatement.
The team is in a really bad spot, and it seems like it’s only going to get worse. Now, the drama is getting worse.
Badgers safety Kamo’i Latu hit the transfer portal, and is now on his way to UConn. He also made sure to stir the pot on his way out the door.

Like most coaches, Sean McDermott is a big analogy guy. Sometimes those analogies hit, and sometimes they miss, and there may not be a coach in the NFL who knows that better than the man in charge of the Buffalo Bills.
McDermott found himself in hot water last December when it was revealed that back in 2019 he used the terrorist attacks of 9/11 as an analogy to stress the importance of communication as a team.
“He told the entire team they needed to come together,” Ty Dunne of Go Long TD wrote of McDermott last year.
