Diamondbacks outfielder Tommy Pham got into a verbal altercation Saturday with a Padres fan while standing in the on-deck circle at Petco Park after the fan allegedly called him a “piece of s—.”
Another fan at the game recorded Pham on video arguing with the heckler, and the Arizona veteran appeared upset with the way the San Diego fan was behaving.
“It’s always funny when you’ve got a white man—a white man—feel like they can disrespect me,” Pham appeared to say in the video. “A black man or a Latin [man] don’t do that s—.

Isaiah Bolden has been released from the hospital and will travel with the New England Patriots back to Foxborough Sunday.
The rookie cornerback sustained a head injury during Saturday night’s preseason game between the Patriots and the Green Bay Packers. He was carted off the field, and both teams agreed to suspend the game.
After the game, the Patriots announced Bolden had full movement in his extremities but that he would remain at a hospital overnight for observation. On Sunday morning, the team gave a positive update.

U.S. men’s national team captain Tyler Adams is back in the Premier League after signing for Bournemouth on Sunday.
Adams joins Bournemouth on a five-year deal after the south-coast club agreed to a deal worth more than £20 million ($25.5 million).
After joining Leeds in a £20 million move from RB Leipzig last summer, Adams impressed with 24 league appearances in his debut season in the Premier League before a hamstring injury ended his season in March. He also became the youngest U.S. captain at a World Cup squad since 1950 when he led the team in Qatar and is the reigning U.S.

Patriots cornerback Isaiah Bolden was released from a Green Bay hospital Sunday morning and will travel home with the team, according to a press release.
During Saturday night’s preseason game against the Packers, Bolden was removed from the field by stretcher following a hit to the head in the fourth quarter. The rookie was taken to Aurora Bay Medical Center, where he spent the night for observation, but he had feeling in all of his extremities after leaving the game.
New England and Green Bay decided to suspend the game with just over 10 minutes to go as a result of the injury.

“Suga” Sean O’Malley is the best bantamweight fighter in the world after destroying Aljamain Sterling Saturday night at UFC 292.
Despite entering the fight as a significant underdog, Suga Sean knocked out Sterling less than one minute into the second round.
