Bills linebacker Matthew Milano posted on his Instagram story a smiling and standing Hamlin with teammates at the team’s facility in Orchard Park, New York. Hamlin was discharged from the hospital on Wednesday after he underwent “a series of cardiac, neurological and vascular testing on Tuesday.

The defensive assistant just got an extension in New England.
Patriots assistant Jerod Mayo is not expected to interview for the Panthers’ head coach opening, despite Carolina’s request, Phil Perry of NBC Sports reports.
On Thursday, New England announced it agreed to a long-term contract extension with Mayo, presumably taking him out of any defensive coordinator possibilities elsewhere. Now, it appears that the extension will keep Mayo in New England for at least one more season.

Controversy over the officiating hung over the Manchester derby and ultimately led to a postgame altercation in the tunnel.
A group of Manchester City players confronted officials in the tunnel following their wild 2–1 defeat to Manchester United at Old Trafford, according to ESPN.
The reason for frustration from the City side was centered around a controversial call on United’s first goal of the afternoon, which saw United striker Marcus Rashford in a clear offside position prior to Bruno Fednandes’s equalizer.
