The Chiefs ran a play called ‘gotta catch ’em all,’ to no avail.
While the Chiefs has an incredible second half to comeback and beat the Eagles at Super Bowl LVII, one attempted fourth-quarter trick play blew up for Patrick Mahomes almost immediately. 
Up 28–27 with just over 9:30 left to play, Mahomes and five other Chiefs players ran in a confusing circle around the quarterback’s shotgun position before lining up with the rest of the offense.

Sunday’s Super Bowl finished in controversial fashion when Eagles cornerback James Bradberry was called for holding when the game was tied at 35 with less than two minutes left. Bradberry appeared to tug on Chiefs receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster’s jersey early on in the play and the ball sailed over the wideout’s head on third-and-8. 
The penalty negated the stop and led to an eventual game-winning field goal for Kansas City.

A group of athletes is arguing that all college athletes should be recognized as employees. Wednesday’s ruling may decidedly impact that fight.
Stop us if you’ve heard this before, but the NCAA is being challenged in court about whether the bedrock upon which college sports rests is legal, as Johnson v. NCAA is set to be heard in front of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. While that question won’t be directly decided at this hearing, what happens during and after it could go a long way to deciding the future of amateurism in college athletics.
