James Harden and John Hao’s friendship is so heartwarming.
Throughout the Philadelphia 76ers season, James Harden has been playing with John Hao on his mind. Hao is a massive James Harden fan who was paralyzed after the shooting at Michigan State University that claimed the lives of three students. Shortly after the shooting, Hao developed a friendship with Harden over FaceTime, and after Harden learned that Hao was a fan of his, he sent him sneakers, donated money and would call to offer encouragement.

Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback Kurt Warner’s older son, Kade Warner, recently was signed by the Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent.
The Kansas State wide receiver posted his first message to fans since his signing Sunday. In doing so, he pointed out that some observers doubted his ability to succeed at the Division I level—much less his chances of reaching the NFL.
“Getting ready to move to Tampa Bay to start my NFL career and rookie OTAs, so I’m going through all my old junk,” the younger Warner said.
Sometimes if you want to win a DFS prize pool, you have to be a little contrarian.
That’s why I am going to suggest using some Orioles tonight vs. the Rays.
And yes, I know Shane McClanahan is pitching, and he is the highest-priced pitcher on the slate.
I told you, it’s contrarian!
Hang with me here…
The Orioles are proving to be a much better team than people expected. Not only are they second in AL East behind the Rays with 22 wins, they also have the second-best run differential (+29).
The two teams have almost identical bullpen ERAs, both among the best in the league.
The PR pitch hit the inbox with an alluring subject line: “Coach Harbaugh interview?” When Jim Harbaugh is being made available, you always take the interview. Because you never know what the Michigan football coach is going to say.
Harbaugh was making the media rounds in a partnership with Wolverine boots and SkillsUSA, which promotes trade and technical schools. SkillsUSA was having a “signing day” to raise awareness of trade schools as an educational and vocational alternative to four-year colleges.
Phoenix Suns owner Mat Ishbia put together the strongest acting performance of his life with his flop after being shoved by Nikola Jokic but doesn’t want to see the two-time NBA MVP suspended for his actions.
Ishbia tweeted that he wants the focus to be on his Suns evening the series at 2-2 on Sunday, but the most talked about story of the contest was him being shoved by Jokic.
Great win for the Suns last night in an amazing series so far! That should be and is the only story. Suspending or fining anyone over last nights incident would not be right.
Can Georgia pull off the three-peat? This is the question on many minds as we head into the summer period and college football going into its final season of a four-team playoff. The schedule surely helps Kirby Smart, while Michigan and Ohio State look for a shot at redemption.
The way we look at college football rankings will change after the 2023 season, with the 12-team playoff set to begin in 2024. While we witnessed TCU make a run toward the title game last season, only to get destroyed by Georgia, the question remains who can challenge for a title.
The Heat and Lakers are both in position to take commanding 3–1 leads Monday evening as home favorites. Miami beat the Knicks and Los Angeles downed the Warriors over the weekend to take back the advantage in these second-round series.
Below are a few betting trends, picks and one question about Monday night’s pair of Game 4s. Heat-Knicks begins at 7:30 p.m. ET on TNT while Warriors-Lakers tips off at 10.

C.J. Stroud wasn’t too pleased when Quinn Ewers showed up in Columbus to play for Ohio State.
Ewers left high school early as a five star recruit and the top player in the 2022 class. Instead of finishing out his prep career in Texas, he re-classified and jumped ship to get in on some NIL action as quickly as possible.
That meant he joined a QB room in August ahead of the season starting that included Stroud, Kyle McCord and Jack Miller.
Four years ago, Jon Moxley debuted in AEW. Following the main event of Double or Nothing, AEW’s inaugural pay-per-view, he attacked Kenny Omega, brawling with him through the crowd before hurling him off the top of a stack of oversized casino chips.
The image of Moxley atop that monument captured his rebellious, renegade spirit. He took an enormous gamble by leaving the comfort of WWE and going all in with AEW, but it was clear that the payoff was going to be worth the risk.
“That was surreal,” says Moxley.

James Harden can still be the Sixers’ leading man when he needs to be.
The Philadelphia 76ers pulled out a thrilling 116-115 victory over the Boston Celtics on Sunday afternoon. The win tied the second round series at 2-2 heading into Game 5. The 76ers are not down 1-3 mainly because of James Harden, who had one of the best games of his playoff career, finishing with 42 points and the game-winning three-pointer with under 20 seconds left in overtime.
