Cincinnati Reds ascending star Elly De La Cruz is back to making the highlight reel with absurd plays.
Last year’s sensation made headlines for blasting mammoth home runs, hitting for the cycle and tallying inside-the-park runs with blazing-fast speeds.
On Monday, facing the Milwaukee Brewers, EDLC pulled off a ridiculous inside-the-park home run in the seventh inning, covering all bases in just 14.96 seconds.
Elly may be the fastest man alive.

Things are getting feisty to start the UConn versus Purdue March Madness title game!
Purdue is showing more fight than most thought possible and UConn’s Dan Hurley is acting like a madman on the Huskies’ sideline.
Hurley got into it with Purdue star Zach Edey. The coach argued against Edey’s physicality under the rim, which led to a couple of fouls for UConn’s frontcourt.
During a timeout, Edey walked back to his bench and murmured some ‘fighting words’ at Hurley. The UConn coach couldn’t resist, throwing some words back at Edey.

John Calipari is out of Lexington, and Alabama’s Nate Oats is not interested in taking his spot for the Kentucky Wildcats.
The Alabama Crimson Tide coach, who led his team to the program’s first Final Four appearance but lost to UConn, released a statement in the aftermath of John Calipari’s exit from Kentucky after 15 seasons.
OutKick’s Trey Wallace covered the breaking news Sunday night, relaying that Calipari agreed to a five-year deal to become Arkansas’s next head coach.

It was a bad weekend to be a Major League Baseball pitcher. Cleveland Guardians ace Shane Bieber and New York Yankees reliever Jonathan Loáisiga were both announced as needing Tommy John surgery. Atlanta Braves star Spencer Strider, too, hit the Injured List on Sunday with a damaged UCL.
In the wake of all these pitcher injuries, MLB Players Association chief Tony Clark issued a statement blaming the pitch clock.
