Super Bowl LVIII is almost here, as the San Francisco 49ers face the Kansas City Chiefs in a rematch of Super Bowl LIV. While we still have our fantasy postseason leagues at stake, there’s going to be a ton of wagering on the big game including player props. With that in mind, I did some research on the stats and trends that you need to know about some of the biggest names and the most popular props that will be played. That includes the wideouts, Rashee Rice, Brandon Aiyuk and Deebo Samuel.
Houston Cougars men’s basketball coach Kelvin Sampson got ejected from Tuesday night’s blowout win over Oklahoma State, and he sure got his money’s worth.
Sampson, one of the nation’s most fiery coaches, took exception to a no-call early in the second half when Oklahoma State center Brandon Garrison appeared to push off on Houston’s Jamal Shead for an easy layup. Even with a 20-point lead, Sampson was incensed, storming out onto the court from the opposite end of the floor to give the officials a piece of his mind.
Kelvin Sampson blew his lid Tuesday night against Oklahoma State.
The Houston Cougars head coach got himself ejected nearly five minutes into the second half after an absolutely incredible meltdown on the refs.
However, this wasn’t any standard or normal ejection. It happened with the Cougars up 20 points. Yes, Kelvin Sampson found himself going ballistic on the refs to the point he got ejected up 49-29.
Watch the absolutely hilarious moment unfold below, and hit me with your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.
What set off Sampson to cause him to flip out? That remains a mystery.
Chip Kelly’s interest in returning to the NFL appears to be getting more serious. The UCLA coach interviewed on Tuesday with the Seattle Seahawks for their offensive coordinator opening, according to The Ringer’s Benjamin Solak.
Kelly, 60, would give new Seahawks coach Mike Macdonald an experienced play-caller who has run productive offenses in the NFL (with the Philadelphia Eagles and San Francisco 49ers) and college (Oregon). Seattle’s previous OC, Shane Waldron, left to take the same position with the Chicago Bears.
Tyrese Haliburton caught the Rockets off-guard with this tricky move.
Tyrese Haliburton’s is perhaps the biggest breakout star of this NBA season, and he keeps creating incredible moments for the Indiana Pacers. Haliburton recently returned from a hamstring strain, and while he was out, the Pacers traded for a legitimate co-star in Pascal Siakam.

Dan Campbell wants members of the Detroit Lions to soak up every single second of the Super Bowl.
The Lions came within one possession of making the Super Bowl when the team fell 34-31 in the NFC Championship to the San Francisco 49ers.
It was a brutally painful and gutting game to watch. The Super Bowl and a trip to Las Vegas was so close that fans could taste it.
Then, the 49ers erased a 17-point Detroit lead to punch a ticket to play the Chiefs for the Lombardi Trophy. The highest of highs and the lowest of lows in the span of a few hours.

Hey everyone …
• So, Andy Roddick and I are going to give this podcast thing a go—for my next impression: A.J. Hawk—and we will send updates and social media clips accordingly. As I understand it, you can find us on Tennis Channel, YouTube and, well, more announcements to come soon.
• Thanks to everyone who responded to Episode 1, which, yes, helped get this thing sold, but also convinced us we could have some fun with this and perhaps fill a lane.
Looking for more power this season, Alpine is going bold with their challenger for the 2024 campaign
Last Formula 1 season, Alpine found themselves stuck in the middle of the field.
They are hoping to change that during the 2024 campaign, starting with an “aggressive” approach for the A524, their challenger for upcoming schedule.
The team unveiled the A524 at a live event on Wednesday, and outlined how they are approaching this season.
