Kevin Durant is not only one of the most reliable scorers in the NBA, but the Phoenix Suns star can usually be counted on to respond to something he disagrees with in the media.
On Christmas Day, ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported that people in the Suns organization have noticed Durant’s frustration with how the team has played with Bradley Beal and Devin Booker sidelined by injuries. Those rumblings gained more heat when Durant scored only 16 points on 4-of-11 shooting with six turnovers in Phoenix’s 128–114 loss to the Dallas Mavericks.

Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce released the latest episode of their hit podcast, New Heights, on Wednesday and the two brothers once again showed why so many fans love hearing them talk about anything and everything each week as they couldn’t stop laughing over an awkward moment about Christmas gifts.
This all happened when Travis Kelce told his older brother that he got his fellow Kansas City Chiefs tight ends specially made velour suits. Jason Kelce then explained that he doesn’t like velour suits because of the way they make him feel.
That’s when things took a hilarious turn.

One of the biggest tournaments on the hockey calendar — the World Junior Championship — is taking place right now over in Sweden. And Swedish defenceman Elias Salomonsson just couldn’t wait to get some time off.
Salomonsson has been dealt a 1-game suspension after he boarded Latvian forward Emils Veckaktins just 25 seconds into the team’s opening game,
On his first shift of the 2024 World Juniors, the Winnipeg Jets prospect decided to set the tone. Unfortunately, he unloaded what anyone who has ever watched or played hockey even a little knows is a dirty check on Veckaktins.

Good morning, I’m Dan Gartland. At least the Lions give Detroit something to smile about.

The Detroit Pistons set a record last night that no NBA team wants to own.
Their 118–112 loss to the Brooklyn Nets at home was the team’s 27th consecutive defeat, breaking the league record for longest single-season losing streak previously shared by the 2010–11 Cleveland Cavaliers and ’13–14 Philadelphia 76ers.

Over the weekend we saw why three AFC teams are trending in their current directions.
On the shores of Lake Erie, the Cleveland Browns are suddenly a dangerous squad. While the defense has been excellent all year, the offense finally has punch with the signing of Joe Flacco. And although Flacco has been throwing interceptions, he’s also creating chunk plays, as we’ll see below.
With the Baltimore Ravens, Lamar Jackson is the favorite to win league MVP. Yet it’s the defense that has led the team to the NFL’s best record.

This didn’t have anything to do with guns.
There’s plenty to criticize Ja Morant for, but what he did in New Orleans is not one of them. The Grizzlies were visiting the Pelicans on Tuesday night when Morant capped off a thunderous alley-oop and proceeded to celebrate, sending shockwaves through social media.

The Kansas City Chiefs find themselves in uncharted territory in the Patrick Mahomes era as the offense continues to struggle going into Week 17 of the season. Not only has the team not been able to score at will like in year’s past, but Mahomes has uncharacteristically been seen getting heated during games.
Chiefs legend and two-time All-Pro Dante Hall gave the quarterback some blunt advice when talking on NFL Network’s Good Morning Football.
“Patrick Mahomes, I love you you’re my favorite quarterback, but I think you need to fall in love with the mundane,” Hall said.
