LIV Golf superstar Phil Mickelson has been banned from his hometown golf club after allegations of inappropriate, nonconsensual conduct involving a female staffer at the club, according to a shocking Golf Digestreport.
The worker at Farms Golf Club in Rancho Santa Fe, California, told her bosses that Mickelson made “nonconsensual and inappropriate physical contact” with her. She rebuffed his advances and reported the incident to her superiors.

Michigan State football is set to host one of the top in-state prospects in the 2028 class for a camp this upcoming weekend.
Jordan Osagiede of Roseville, Mich. is set to visit with Michigan State football this upcoming weekend for one of their recruiting camps. He announced on social media platform X that he’ll be attending the Spartans’ Big Man Camp on Sunday.
Osagiede is currently listed as a three-star prospect, with a recruiting rating of 86 on Rivals. He ranks as the No. 64 edge rusher and No. 16 player from Michigan in Rivals’ rankings for the 2028 class.

Game 4 of the NBA Finals was truly something as it drew out celebrities and former Knicks players, including Carmelo Anthony, who brought his son, Syracuse guard Kiyan Anthony with him. Growing up watching his father play for the orange and blue, Kiyan is a massive Knicks fan, considering himself a native New Yorker, having grown up in the Big Apple himself. Tennessee pitcher Cam Appenzeller earned Freshman All-America honors from Perfect Game on Thursday. He was named to the second team as a relief pitcher.
Appenzeller is the 28th Tennessee baseball player in program history to earn Freshman All-America status.
The 6-foot-5, 195-pound left-handed pitcher appeared in 20 games, including two starts, for the Vols in 2026. He recorded 64 strikeouts, one save and a 4.76 ERA in 56.2 innings. The Chatham, Illinois native earned a victory against South Carolina in the SEC Tournament.

The 2026 FIFA World Cup gets underway later today, when host nation Mexico takes on South Africa in the opening match.
That begins a long march to the World Cup Final, and with an expanded 48-team field, that means more matches.
And more referees.

Later today, the 2026 FIFA World Cup will get underway. There are two matches on Thursday’s docket: Host team Mexico gets things started against South Africa, while a little later South Korea will square off with Czechia.
And in short order, the other 44 teams will join the fray.
