Karim Adeyemi to replace Mahrez at Al Ahli?
With Karim Adeyemi’s contract expiring in 2027, Borussia Dortmund could look to cash in on the attacker this summer.
So far, the 24-year-old has mainly been linked with European clubs, but a move outside Europe could also be considered.
According to Sky, Saudi Arabian side Al Ahli see Adeyemi as a possible replacement for Riyad Mahrez, whose future at the club is uncertain.
If the 35-year-old were to leave, Al Ahli could make a move for Adeyemi, who has reportedly been valued at around €50 million by BVB.

San Francisco (35-48) defeated Atlanta (49-33), 3-2, on Sunday at Oracle Park in San Francisco, California. The Giants won the three-game series, 2-1.
Former Vol Drew Gilbert served as a pinch hitter for San Francisco in the series finale. He pinch hit for Jonah Cox in the seventh inning and hit a single to center field in his only at bat. Gilbert advanced to third base after Matt Chapman hit a double to left field.
Gilbert scored after Luis Arraez hit a sacrifice fly to right field.
The Giants will next play on Monday at Arizona. First pitch is scheduled for 9:40 p.m.

During Iowa women’s basketball’s summer practices, head coach Jan Jensen shared what she’s seen from five-star freshman forward McKenna Woliczko thus far.
“She’s got a really humble confidence about her. She knows that she’s got a lot to learn, but she also knows that she’s got a lot of different weapons. She’s really versatile,” Jensen said of Woliczko.
The 6-foot-2 freshman forward was ranked as the nation’s No. 6 player, per 247Sports.

LONDON (AP) — Top tennis players at Wimbledon have decided to end their protest over prize money and will no longer be limiting their media appearances during the first week of the Grand Slam tournament.
A statement Monday from the advisory firm representing the players said the decision follows “constructive meetings” with the All England Club over the weekend.
Sally Bolton, the chief executive at the All England Club, said she was “really pleased” with the players’ decision.

Inter show interest in Pisilli, Roma not entertaining offers

Inter are also looking at strengthening their midfield, and among the players linked to the Nerazzurri is Niccolò Pisilli.

The 2004-born Roma midfielder is considered one of the most interesting young players in Italy, and given his characteristics, he could provide continuity should Davide Frattesi leave. However, the path seems far from straightforward.

According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Inter are also considering Pisilli’s name after failing to close a deal for Liverpool’s Jones.

Barcelona not actively pursuing Bundesliga goal machine as Julian Alvarez remains priority

Barcelona are on the lookout for a new striker who can fill the huge boots left behind by legendary Polish forward Robert Lewandowski.

The 37-year-old forward left Barça at the end of last season upon the expiry of his contract and is now set to move to MLS to play for Chicago Fire.

To replace him, it does look like the Catalan club have set their sights on Atletico Madrid star Julian Alvarez, but recent links to Harry Kane have also emerged.
