With Los Angeles currently 2.5 games out of a play-in spot in the Western Conference, LeBron didn’t shy away from the importance of a strong second half during his All-Star Weekend media address.
At the All-Star Break, L.A. is the 13th seed in the Western Conference, sitting five games below .500 at 27-32.

Tiger Woods made headlines Thursday for a prank played on fellow PGA tour player Justin Thomas. Woods, 47, outdrove Thomas, 29, on the ninth hole at The Genesis Invitational during the first round.
Tiger sneakily handed something to Thomas while the pair walked off the tee box. Because it’s Tiger Woods, cameras caught the item in question. It was a tampon.
Of course, many people lost their minds over the harmless prank.

It was an eventful Saturday afternoon for Blue Jays manager John Schneider.
Schneider and his wife were out at lunch near the team’s spring training facility in Dunedin, Fla. when a woman at another table was choking on a piece of shrimp and couldn’t breathe. Schneider reportedly rushed to the woman’s aid, performed the Heimlich Maneuver and saved her life, according to a report from sportscaster Hazel Mae.

The NBA All-Star Game moved to a draft format in 2018 with the leading vote-getters in each conference serving as captains. For the first time in 2023, the draft will take place immediately before the All-Star Game with LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo making the picks.
James gets the first pick in the draft because he earned the most votes of any player this year.

The score remained unchanged heading to the bottom of the ninth inning. The inning started strong for Miami, as Dominic Pitelli singled to start the frame.

The veteran reporter explained that his remark was taken out of context.
