Natasha Cloud has no regrets about calling America “trash.”
The Washington Mystics guard drew some serious criticism and heat after ranting on Twitter that the USA is a “trash” country in what appeared to be a response to Supreme Court decisions.
The Supreme Court recently ruled affirmative action for college admissions is unconstitutional and ruled government can’t force compelled speech when it comes to art in relationship to a website designer.

The Derby field is taking shape.
In a bizarre scene during Monday’s Mets game against the Giants, play was paused after a fan at Citi Field fell onto the field.
During the bottom of the fifth inning, one fan out in the right field section apparently fell over over the railing and onto the warning track.
The game was paused for nearly two minutes while security helped escort the fan off the playing field. All the while, it appears that ESPN’s “KayRod Cast” broadcast crew was entirely unaware of the situation.
One Mets fan was hit by bad luck (well… more than the average Mets fan) after falling out of the stands and onto the track at Citi Field on Sunday night.
It was all a strange scene as ESPN’s “Sunday Night Baseball” broadcast of the New York Mets versus the San Francisco Giants game followed the fan after landing on the field. Citi Field security rushed over, thinking he was a rogue fan. The fedora’d man held up his hands as security ran onto the field during the bottom of the fifth inning.
NBA fans have not hid their true feelings regarding Dillon Brooks’s four-year, $80 million contract the forward signed with the Rockets in free agency this offseason.
Following his exit from the Grizzlies, fans joked that Brooks would be out of the league before long. Instead, he secured a brand new deal in Houston.
Not all the conversation surrounding Brooks has been negative, however.
JJ Redick addressed Brooks’s situation on his podcast, The Old Man and the Three, during which he claimed he’d love to have the 27-year-old on his team.

Sunday night Tiger Woods finally addressed at least in part the blockbuster PGA Tour LIV Golf schism that has taken over the sport.
The golf world was once again turned upside down Sunday night. Tiger Woods took to Twitter and appeared to throw PGA Tour Commissioner Jay Monahan under the bus.
Woods wrote:
“In response to the talking points memo released this weekend, I have never seen this document until today, and I did not attend the players meeting for which it was prepared at the 2022 Travelers.

Aston Martin challenged the results of the Austrian GP, and whether penalties were handled appropriately
A post-race protest from Aston Martin has shaken up the results at the Austrian Grand Prix.
Following the Grand Prix, the team lodged a protest regarding whether violations for exceeding track limits were applied appropriately. Following a hearing, multiple drivers were given additional penalties. While the additional penalties did not change the top three, it did alter the top ten, including dropping Carlos Sainz Jr.
For most of the 2022–23 season, Russell Westbrook struggled to find his fit on an imbalanced Lakers roster. Following a midseason trade to the crosstown Clippers, he rediscovered his form and thrived as the team’s primary starting point guard, so much so that the team made re-signing the Los Angeles native a priority this offseason.
So it shouldn’t come as too big of a surprise that the former MVP opted to return to the Clippers. But the contract details Westbrook and the team agreed to certainly raised some eyebrows—and broke a dubious record in the process.
Nick Kyrgios pulled out on the eve of Wimbledon, citing a wrist injury, a year after he reached his first Grand Slam final at the All England Club.
While mic’d up for his team’s clash against the Giants on Sunday Night Baseball, ESPN’s Karl Ravech asked Mets slugger Pete Alonso if he’d be participating in this year’s Home Run Derby.
“Selfishly, Pete, I’m sitting up here and I’m thinking, ‘Alonso, All-Star Game.’ Can we do the other thing? Is that something you might want to consider?” asked Ravech.
“I will be participating in the 2023 Home Run Derby,” Alonso said. “You can count me in guys. I’m super stoked to do it, it’s a super-talented field.
