Diving into some of the latest rumors ahead of the 2023 NFL Draft
Thankfully, the 2023 NFL Draft is less than a week away. All 32 teams are in the process of finalizing their draft boards, and looking ahead to Thursday night when the Carolina Panthers are officially on the clock.
All expectations have the Panthers drafting a quarterback with that selection, and all signs are pointing to Carolina adding Alabama quarterback Bryce Young with that selection.
After that, however? It seems all bets are off.

Simone Biles and Texans safety Jonathan Owens officially tied the knot on Saturday.
The Olympic gymnast and the Houston defender posted a set of intimate photos on social media with romantic captions to reveal their new status to the world.
“I do 🤍 officially owens 🤍 @jjowens_3,” Biles tweeted.
“My person, forever ❤️💍 #TheOwens #itsofficial,” Owens tweeted.

Phil Jackson dedicated most of his life to basketball. But now, the legendary NBA coach says he doesn’t have much interest in the sport.
At the pro level, at least.
Appearing as a guest on the “Tetragrammaton with Rick Rubin” podcast, Jackson said he hasn’t been a fan since the Orlando Bubble in 2020.
“I am not enjoying the game. That’s too bad. There’s a whole generation that doesn’t like the game,” Jackson said. “No, I don’t (watch basketball). I watched the game evolve, and then they went into the lockout year and did something that was kind of wanky.

Yes, the XFL is STILL going on. I’ll be honest with you — I had no clue, either. Not only that, they’re almost like 10 weeks into the season.
Wild.
Anyway, the 1-8 Orlando Guardians drew up an 84-yard fake punt touchdown today against 6-3 St. Louis (no, I didn’t bother to learn their mascot), and it is both awesome and pathetic at the same time.
Roll tape!

Orlando Guardians punter Mac Brown has thrown a TD on a fake punt in two straight games.
This 84-yarder to Jordan Thomas is insane

What started with a horrible disaster in the State of Alabama has now turned into Bo Jackson riding his bike across the state for a great cause. After tragedy struck the state in April of 2011 with a number of deadly tornadoes, Bo Jackson was ready to do whatever he could to help.
The following year, Bo Jackson, along with Ken Griffey Jr., Scottie Pippen and others, rode their bikes across Alabama to raise money for the emergency relief fund. Jackson was watching at home in 2011 when those devastating Tornados tore apart so many lives, feeling helpless at the time.

Legendary Bills quarterback Jim Kelly has always given his thoughts on the state of the team, especially now that Buffalo is a legitimate Super Bowl contender. In his most recent comments, Kelly argued that Buffalo needs to add a “star running back” to pair with Josh Allen.
When LeSean McCoy was asked about Kelly’s opinion, the former Bills running back took some shots at the Hall of Famer.
“First of all, Jim always talks, when I was there he was always talking, he just wants to talk about the team,” McCoy said on Up and Adams.
