Indiana head coach Mike Woodson definitely wouldn’t have had the happiest look on his face after watching his Hoosiers fall to the Penn State Nittany Lions at the Big Ten Tournament in Chicago.
Woodson’s squad ultimately lost to Penn State by a score of 77-73. However, long before the buzzer, Woodson was shooting some glares that would probably break shatter someone with even the toughest exterior.
It happened thanks to a shot clock violation late in the first half.

The not-so-subtle message to the organization shared the hopes of many of Baltimore’s fans.
In the days since Lamar Jackson received a non-exclusive franchise tag from the Ravens after lengthy talks over a contract extension, many have wondered if the star quarterback’s time in Baltimore could be coming to an end. And, while the sports world and Ravens fans anxiously await a resolution, the looming decision inspired a local ice cream franchise to send a frosty message to the team.

The teenager already got his first taste of MLB action.
The Padres took the field on Saturday for a spring training showdown against the White Sox. During the 6–5 win, 16-year-old prospect Ethan Salas got the chance to step into the batter’s box, making a pinch-hit appearance during the bottom of the sixth inning.
It was Salas’s first appearance of the spring after he was included on the preseason roster. While he didn’t record a hit, it was still a solid at-bat from the youngster, who grounded out to second base.
The 16-year-old Venezuela native signed a massive $5.

The call was so terrible that a suspension was warranted.
After an egregious called third strike in the seventh inning between New Orleans and Mississippi Valley State on Friday night grabbed headlines across college baseball, the Southland Conference has suspended the umpire responsible.
Delta Devils outfielder Davon Mims took offense to a bad second strike call on a fastball at his shins, jumping out of the batter’s box and stomping around.

Boston wrote itself into the record books on Saturday.
The Bruins just keep on winning, and the franchise’s latest victory saw Boston etch its place in NHL history. With Saturday’s comeback win over the Red Wings, the Bruins became the fastest-ever team to reach 50 regular-season wins.
It took Boston just 64 games to pick up 50 wins, besting the record previously held by Detroit, who won 50 games in 66 games in 1995-96. The 2018-19 Lightning also needed 66 games to achieve 50 victories.
Boston’s season record of 50-9-5 (105 points) is far and away the best in the league.

An Alabama fan in the stands at the SEC tournament has raised some eyebrows with his choice of t-shirt, especially given the recent events surrounding the program.
The fan was spotted at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville with a crimson t-shirt that read “GOATS” on the front, with the Alabama “A” front and center.
That wasn’t the part that caught people’s attention. It was what it said on the back: “Killing our way through the SEC in’ 23.”

Went up to the guy wearing the “Killing our way through the SEC shirt” and he told me to “Get the fuck out of my face.

The 2022-23 Boston Bruins have broken the NHL record for the fewest games to reach 50 wins. However, if history is any indicator, they may not want to start planning a Stanley Cup parade early.
The Bruins have had a stellar first season under head coach Jim Montgomery. They’ve been the toast of the league this season and for good reason. They cemented their place in the record books with a 3-2 win over the Detroit Red Wings on Saturday afternoon.

That means the Bruins have reached the 50-win mark in just 64 games.
